Shanti is of average height and weight but has unusually bright brown hair from using fruit dyes that make her smell kind of sweet. Her movements are calculated and elegant, as in the way she stands. Her short hair makes her look quite young, and her smirking grin hides her origin as a nun. She likes to maintain her smooth skin with natural cosmetics but can't exactly hide the muscles of her limbs and abdomen when in combat or dance. When traveling and not performing, she opts for full leggings and a top in the style of the Earth kingdom locals but in traditional Airbender colors.

Personality;;
Shanti is still an Airbender at heart and dislikes fighting and conflicts. Despite that, she tends to involve herself proactively in such matters in an attempt to find a solution. She has strong opinions which puts her on the opposing side of authorities quite often. Even when she understands things may not work, she sometimes prefers her way of things and tends to break away when her voice is not heard and her ideas are not appreciated. She has an upbeat personality, with a likable charm and a quick wit leaning on the positive side of things and staying faithful to others.
Shanti is also playful and talkative but dislikes involving her emotions with people and preferring to meditate before big decisions. Believing herself incapable of responsibility and unintelligent, she prefers to follow a close leader figure. She can stand up to a leader of a nation, but she hesitates from standing up to friends.

Eastern AirTemple
History;;
Born as Rinchen of the East Air Temple, she grew up aware of her talent in Airbending. She was better than most of her peers and she flaunted it by using her abilities in playing pranks at the elders. This made her popular with some kids but disliked by the stricter nuns and monks. When she was old enough, she was first assigned to look after the little children but the elders felt that her influence was not a good thing. She was then assigned to a flying bison herd. Upset for being seen as irresponsible, she decided to lay low and behave but the children who followed her around tried to play a prank on her to get her to play with them. They tried to surprise her with fireworks but it backfired and scared the bison herd, causing them to scatter. She used her airbending in a new and intuitive way to collect them back, wafting the scent of a special flower that made the flying bisons sleep. She felt responsible for the children's behavior and decided that it was time for her to travel.
Seeing the world changed everything for her. She marveled at Fire Nation's technology, Water Tribes' traditions and Earth Nation's culture. She watched a dance troupe perform in Ba Sing Se and decided that it was the career she wanted. She incorporated her airbending forms with dances and joined the troupe for a year before travelling once more as a solo dancer. By then she had changed er name and kept her hair short-an unusual practice for women at the time which helped her establish her image to her audience. A few years passed and she felt rather empty, unsure of her purpose. When talks of "chi blockers taking people's bending" spread, she stopped performing and went into hiding for a while, planning to report her finding to her own nation's leaders.
