Hello everyone, Huntress here!

First I'd like to thank you for checking my thread and I do hope that you are interested in some of the things I have to offer.

ABOUT ME

So, we've established that my name is Huntress. I never really get called anything else other than my real name so lets keep that as it is. If someone finds something fitting/shorter then we can make it work.

I am in my late twenties...

I have been role-playing for about 14 years now.

I live in Ontario, Canada. Which puts me in the Eastern Time Zone (EST).
I spell Colour, Honour e.t.c with a U. Hope that doesn't turn you off. ;P

I consider myself a decent writer (you can be the judge of that).
I can throw out anything from a few paragraphs, to novels worth of responses depending on how into a plot I am and what I'm trying to cover. I have my flaws when it comes to writing but I'm trying best to learn and get better at those things (slice of life / lulls / downtime IC).

My grammar and spelling aren't perfect, but I do my best. I hope you do too. As long as I can understand what you're trying to say in your post then we are good to go.

If I really get into a plot and I am enjoying it I will poke and prod for days. I know it's annoying as hell BUT take it as a compliment cause that means I'm UBER excited for what we're writing and doing.

I try to make time to respond at least once a week minimum but if I'm extremely interested in something (as mentioned) I tend to reply daily and even multiple times a day if I can. I hope that's not an issue. That being said, I do occasionally fall into some down times where I find myself struggling to respond, socialize e.t.c. If I'm inactive, poke me. Sometimes I get stuck and am trying my best to figure it out. A push from my partner does help in getting things going and I can do that for you as well if you find yourself stuck.\

I'm a gamer, lets talk about games, hell we can even game together if you want.(PC / PS4 / Switch)

Don't be afraid to be honest with me. My feelings wont get hurt. Worst case scenario I lose out on a good writing partner with cool ideas. It sucks but hey, if it doesn't work out, it doesn't work out.

I find that compromise is key in finding a plot that excites both parties. We may have different opinions or wants in the RP but I'm sure we can figure it out and meet at the middle. Don't get me wrong, I can be stubborn at times, but I'm willing to compromise.

So please, if you're not open to working things out or compromising on things, I might not be the right partner for you.

If I can be patient with you, please be patient with me, especially if we're writing something that is not one of my strong suits.

SOME PERSONAL RP RULES

I prefer my RP's to take place in threads or PM's on the site.
Not a big fan of doing RP's over online messengers e.t.c (the character limit kinda bums me out)
Sometimes I'll do them over Google Docs but again, on the site is preferred.

I like mature content, please be over 18 so we can enjoy that. If you're not over 18 but you still wanna RP with me that's fine too. Things don't always need to get steamy.

Now that being said, I'm not a smut writer. My preference in smut to plot ratio is typically 70 - 80% Plot, 30 - 20% Smut, unless I'm in one of those extremely rare smut moods and just wanna write about some vampires or something going crazy in all types of lust.

ROMANCE is not a necessity for me but it's nice to have.
I also don't like to force romance on a pairing. If anything sometimes I find the clashing of characters more fun to write about.

Gore =yes
Cursing = yes
Rape = no
Various weird fantasies and kinks =TBD (it really depends what you're into)

Anywho's Here's some more straight forward rule things.

ONE LINERS
If this is all you can give me then I will kindly ask you to find a different partner. I've passed that part of my RPing life and I'm looking for more to keep me interested and going; one line does not provide that, sorry :(

TEXT TALK
I would assume this is self explanatory. If our characters are texting then I get it.
But dnt u go writing like dis for ur whole post.

POST LENGTH
I stated how much I typically write and I stated how much I dislike one liners.
A thing that bugs me is that, I will send a nice long post that I am proud of and you respond to me with a single paragraph.

I will not ask you to match my length if I send you like five pages worth of a post.
If you can FANTASTIC! If you can't, I would like at least three paragraphs.
At bare minimum enough to progress and push forward the current situation IC.

SLICE OF LIFE ROLE-PLAYS
I know a lot of people swear by these or thoroughly enjoy them. I am not one of those. I roleplay to let my creativity and imagination go crazy, so I can stray away from the stress of life when I come on this site. A perfect, ideal, realistic world is not the type of thing I'd write about. Sorry slice of life people, I just can't and I guarantee you, you cannot convince me. But if you wanna try, feel free.
(Although I will say that there may be exceptions to this although I can't guarantee how long it would last. I have been considering 'Slice of Life' concepts more along the lines of 'a Day in the Life of—' when it comes to the idea of doing these things with supernatural / inhuman elements.)

DROPPERS / SILENT SAMS
We are all guilty of doing this on occasion. Whether it's because life gets too chaotic and we forget about our RP's or you just get super stuck and don't know what to do but don't want to ask for help. It happens and I understand. I've fallen victim to this many times and then I feel like total ass because I forget about an RP.
If you wanna drop please tell me, do not fade off into the webs of the online world, I won't be offended. Just like I will do my best to inform you that I've lost interest.

You need help with something? Say it.

Don't get me wrong, I can be hard headed and I will stand for my argument but I am ALWAYS willing to find a middle ground to make both of us happy.
Nothing is worse than hashing out a plot that sounds super awesome and is super exciting and then just *poof*.
It makes me sad.

OVER 9000, SUPERMAN / GOKU / HULK CRAZY STRONG AND POWERFUL ALMIGHTY GODLIKE CHARACTERS.
If that title isn't enough for you to understand what I'm talking about then here's a small explanation:
Despite the fact that I tend to make very VERY strong characters, when it comes to abilities, everyone still has weaknesses, physical, magical, emotional, extraterrestrial e.t.c.
If you make the weakness of your character insanely obscure and hard to achieve, I will use all my power in the RP and I will make sure that your OVER 9000, SUPERMAN/GOKU/HULK CRAZY STRONG AND POWERFUL ALL MIGHTY GODLIKE CHARACTER dies. Or at the very least grows afraid of my character...

FACE CLAIMS
Although I have nothing against the style of anime art; when it comes to face claims my preference are real, living human beings, some epic realistic portraits of characters, or a nice detailed description. It's just easier for my imagination to follow. You'd be surprised at what you can find on Deviant Art and Pinterest.
That being said, I will not deny RPing with you if you draw your own characters or like to use anime art.
This is simply a preference, that's all.

FANDOMS
Another genre that I find is very popular on this site. I don't have anything against the idea of a fandom I would just personally like to have our characters as OC's in a pre-existing world or time-period of said universe. If you want to play a character that exists in the world we choose I will not argue that but that is something I will leave up to you. I personally will almost never play as someone that's already written / created because that takes out half the fun of RPing and is also rather restricting IMO.

PLOT THINGS:

SO the reason I'm opening up a thread is because I have three Werewolf x plots that I'm looking to re-visit or re-work. All of them at one point in my RP history had really good outcomes and all abruptly ended due to external factors. Which happens and I get that, but I had enjoyed them so much, that that's why I wanna see if I can re-work them and attempt to start one or two again. Rough plots exist for each pairing but we can certainly work out any details that might not be liked.

The Pairings are (I am looking to play the werewolf in each pairing) :

Werewolf x Human
This one is somewhat X-Files inspired. Two agents that have been recently partnered up have to solve / deal with supernatural cases while there's also an overall big-bad looming over their heads and potentially related to their cases, or things start to kind of click into place and lead them towards whatever the end has in store. The plot doesn't have to start with one agent already a werewolf, it's something that could happen a little after the start if we want.
(I do have some other fun werewolf x human plots that we can potentially also discuss)

Werewolf X Witch
Two best friends and roommates. One is a witch the other is human to start. The witch character is a late bloomer within her coven. Slowly she's been learning about her abilities, capabilities and role within her coven. At the beginning of our RP the witch is about step into or has just finished the ritual to summon her familiar. A companion meant to be by her side to protect her and keep her safe. So what happens when our witchy lass comes home only to spot the mark of the familiar on the back of her roommates neck?
There's a lot of lore we can play with and a lot of world building that can happen with this particular plot. I'd love to further discuss potential directions this could go in.
Bonus points for having one start the RP with feelings for the other.

Werewolf x Vampire
I have ALOT of plots that fit this pairing, and I don't mind discussing them for those that are interested. BUT the main one I'm looking to fill goes as so:
Two people have recently become very close friends. This one is intended as a college student pairing. One character is a Vampire who has taken a liking towards this human (reasons up to you). One evening the human is going home after sports practice and is attacked by some feral beast. The vampire being nearby is quick to step in and save their friend, but they're not quick enough to stop the infection from happening. Taking their friend home they make sure they are okay. Now it's time to convince the newly turned werewolf that they are no longer human. All the while each character fights against clashing emotions of utter hatred on the cellular level but also a strong pull to protect and care for one another. Can a Vampire and Werewolf be mates? What happens when a pack comes looking for their lost member,? Meanwhile the clan is seeking to bring back an old member of importance.
Again, lotsa ways this can go, worldbuilding, plot building and whatever else you'd like to work on in regards to getting this plot off the ground.

I do have some other plots that involve these types of pairings but I'm mostly interested in these three at the moment. I am open to discussing any potential ideas and plots that can relate to these concepts AND I also don't mind brainstorming other concepts if we can't reach common ground on these. Although I'm really hoping to trying to start one of these.


In regards to coming up with other plots:

First and foremost, if you haven't noticed, I will almost never say no to playing a werewolf character.

I will also never say no to anything that's got a lot of action / adventure / drama.

I also can't deny any sort of creature, monster, demon, superhuman, metahuman, mutant e.t.c. situation, if you've got ideas, or anything that involves the supernatural / superhuman.

I will also never say no to a kaiju inspired RP with a twist (e.g. humans capable of shapeshifting or becoming titan-esque / Kaiju-esque creatures).

I've also been forever itching to do a 'Supercorp' inspired RP with OC's PLEASE.
(Although I'm like seasons behind on SG so I don't even know if 'Supercorp' is still a valid thing but I'd like to explore it regardless).



ANYWHO...I think I've covered everything. If I have not you will find out if / when WE chat and start building OUR RP.
