One of my favorite things to make is jalapeno poppers. Super easy. You halve jalapenos, scoop out the insides, fill with cream cheese and then wrap with bacon. Then you just bake 'em in the oven until the bacon is cooked to your liking. We do this all the time at my house now. (Thanks @Diana for the idea.) We also have a crockpot and it's been great for throwing in drumsticks or whatever and making low-stress meals. A friend of mine passed on this recipe and it's pretty tasty, cheap, and easy as well.
