In the main story you're basically their manager. They "call" you when they want and message you when they want. To get through levels you get cards of the members with different stats. You just need to collect cards with good enough stats to proceed and stuff.

Basically a card game with quality content. I can't believe how much they added to the game. Very well made.

But difficult since it depends on luck for the most part.
