I hate to tell you, but tricking Shinku into chaining himself to you makes you more chaotic neutral now.
 
By no means was it deception. I accepted an olive branch, was promptly smacked in the face with a pie/cake, then sucked in and absorbed, spat back out wherein I rejoiced in my newfound freedom and wound up with a cuff on me.
