After having played Alpha Sapphire over the weekend, I realised I wanted even more pokemon goodness...
Pictures will be added soon. (I ran out of time :P)
Kurui Academy is situated on a large island a few kilometers off the coast of Evergrande City, and the furthest east point of the Hoenn Region. It is the size of a small town, and consists of a wide selection of buildings. At the north the main building of Kurui Academy stands 3 stories tall. This is a mixed school of ages 11 to 18, and looks like a typical Japanese high school.
Typical classroom:
Corridors:
There are 12 classrooms on the lower floor, 10 classrooms on the second floor and 5 classrooms on the upper floor, in addition to 12 half-sized rooms on the upper floor, used for smaller classes and as club rooms. There is a park-like thing behind the building, as well as 4 courtyards on the basement level for lessons related to pokemon, and for sports. Generally, ages 11-14 have classes on the first floor, 15-18 have classes on the second floor, and the third floor rooms are used by both age groups as spare classrooms. The bathroom facilities are located on the second floor, while the staff faculty room and nurse's office are on the ground floor. Smaller lockers can be found in each classroom, and each person has a shoe locker in the entrance, where they switch their outdoor shoes for indoor shoes. As classes keep the same room and the teachers move around, seating arrangements are always the same, in alphabetical order starting on the row of desks closest to the window and moving backwards, then jumping to the front of the second row and so on.
The eastern side consists of a converted mansion and large gardens, which plays the role of the female dormitory. Each room is designed for 2 residents, except for the 3rd and highest floor, whose rooms house only 1 person and are reserved for those in the final year.
Lower floor room:
Top floor dorm: (Seniors (17 and 18 years old) only)
Opposite it, on the western coast lies an equally grand male dorm. The rooms are just the same here, though the interior has subtle differences as it was originally designed to house the servants and guests, when the island was still the palace of royalty.
Lower floor and upper floor dorms look almost the same here as they do in the female dorms.
The southern area is a large lowland, with a pokemon centre, small market, shrine, festival grounds, entertainment facilities and visitor residency. The centre of the island is a battle arena 3 courts wide. A small forest occupies the northeast and northwest areas, where wild pokemon can be found.
This facility is funded primarily by the government bodies, and plays host to students from all regions due to it's high reputation and idyllic tropical climate. Any private spending, such as extra pokeballs, extra food, class trips and portable healing methods are funded by the students or their parents. The majority of trainers attending the academy are those who are unable to go on journies of their own; perhaps their parents felt it would be safer with more people around or perhaps they weren't able to register for the pokemon league. They are taught both normal educational lessons and lessons specific to their interests, as well as pokemon care and effective pokemon battling. Battling is allowed between daylight hours, before the curfew at 10pm, and must be done outside. Any damage to buildings other than the arena must be paid for out of the student or their parents' pocket. All students are able to attend a single club or society of their choice, most of which meet for 1 or 2 hours each week.
Grading system is as follows:
Rules:
1. No Power/meta gaming.
2. No characters under 11 or over 18, unless they're a teacher.
3. No fully legendary pokemon. Pseudolegendaries (like metagross) and non-mascot legendaries (like celebi), as well as mega evolution will be limited and your app must be impressive to be allowed one.
4. You may create your own pokemon, though this is limited to non-legendaries and mega forms of pre-existing pokemon only.
Character restrictions: (I will be accepting the shown number of each type):
Trainers and teachers are graded in skill using a 3 level system. Level 0s are those who own no pokemon. Level 1s are those who have just started as a trainer, and will have 1 or 2 pokemon, usually in an unevolved state. Level 2s are around 4th gym level, and will have 3-4 pokemon, probably including pokemon in mid-evolved state, and perhaps 1 fully evolved. Level 3s are around 7th or 8th gym level, and will usually have 6 or more pokemon, most of whom will be fully evolved. Even the champion would be classed as a level 3, though in practice most level 3s still dont stand much of a chance against them.
Level 0: 1 or 2 could be nice, giving some character development with them obtaining their pokemon IC.
Level 1: Any number will be accepted. bear in mind that level 1s need not be youngest, they could be 17 years old, and simply a transfer who is new to pokemon.
Level 2: Max 5 though some level 1s will progress to level 2 through IC.
Level 3: Max 3, though some level 2s will progress to level 3 through IC. One of these is reserved for my character, so really i'm only accepting 2 others.
Max 2 characters per person. Your first must be accepted before creating a second.

Pokemon Centre:
Well, I couldn't find a picture on Image search, but y'all know what a pokemon centre looks like, i'm sure.
Market street:
Most stores are specialist - clothes stores, pokemon medicine stores, music and games stores, food stores (such as the "Just meat" store as seen on the left of this image :P) The game arcade can be found here also.
Shrine and festival grounds:
It is uncertain what exactly this shrine is dedicated to, since the sign has rotted, so most visitors pray to whoever takes their fancy. Four festivals are held each year - New Year's, a random festival at the start of spring, Tanabata (on July 7th), and a harvest festival in early autumn.
Visitor Residency works in an almost identical way to a hotel, with visitors checking in and out as appropriate.

Grading system is as follows:
First years are aged 11 to 12. Second years are aged 12-13. Third years are 13-14, 4th years are 15-16, Juniors are 16-17 and Seniors are 17-18. There are 3 terms in total per year, starting on the 1st of April. Terms are split into two chunks of 7 weeks by a 1 week holiday. It would go something like this: April 1st -> 6 weeks of education -> 1 week holiday -> 7 weeks of education -> End of term Exam -> 6 week summer holiday (with a lot of homework) -> 6 weeks education -> 1 week holiday -> 7 weeks education -> End of term Exam -> 2 weeks Christmas Holiday -> 6 weeks of education -> 1 week holiday -> 7 weeks of education. Here, Juniors and Seniors take study leave in preparation for finals -> final exams -> 2 weeks holiday -> April 1st, everyone moves up a grade. If you fail an end of term you must attend extra classes. If you fail a final you are held back a grade. This only applies to educational exams, since pokemon related classes are split into level groups rather than grades.
Education days run for 6 days a week, as follows:
1st years:
2nd years:
3rd years:
4th years:

Accepted Characters:
Name: Misawa Satomi
Age: 16
Grade/year: Junior
Gender: Female
Appearance:
Personality:
Despite being only a Junior, Misawa is ahead of many seniors in study, and is the president of the student council. She's well liked and quite popular among younger students, perhaps due to her semi-regal aura. She is usually the one students go to if they need help with something. She has a legendary patience level, and talks calmly in most situations. These do not apply to competitive battling however, in which she will often get caught up in the heat of the moment and focus on simple victory, rather than looking the part.
Level: Misawa is a level 3, and the fourth best battler in the academy.
Relationship(s): (currently none)
Starting Pokemon:
Species: Victini
Level: 40
Abilities: Victory Star (Boosts accuracy of itself and team members by 10%)
Moves:
V-Create
Searing Shot
Energy Ball
Psychic
Held item: Victinite
(Victini has been in the Misawa family for almost 2 centuries now, and no one can remember it's true origin. Satomi can have a hard time controlling it, as it has a very short attention span. It's pokeball is charcoal black with a golden V mark on it.)
Species: Espeon (Female)
Level: 25
Ability: Magic Bounce
Moves:
Psybeam
Swift
Future Sight
Sand Attack
Species: Glaceon (Female)
Level: 29
Ability: Snow Cloak
Moves:
Hail

Mega Victini:
Type: Fire/Psychic
Abilities: V-Constellation (Boosts the accuracy and evasion of itself and teammates by 10%. Boosts SPD, ATK and SP.ATK of itself and teammates by 20% if M-Victini is below 25% HP)
Typical Stat distribution: Upon Mega evolving, Victini gains a boost to ATK, SP.ATK and SPD, while DEF and SP.DEF are decreased.
