You see, I have a friend who's currently staying in Japan and he currently cannot access this site.

I'm wondering, is there some sort of IP block that prevents people from accessing Iwaku if they live in certain countries?
 
Some times we do IP block people if they are banned and tries to get back onto the site too many times, but no country should be blocked from iwaku.
