As the title says, I'm looking for someone to be my Sailor Uranus. Sailor Neptune is my favorite scout from Sailor Moon, I love them as a couple. I haven't had much success in hunting one down in the past, but I'm trying to give it another shot. If you're interested, PLEASE message me -- don't bother replying to this thread. I have only one RP plot in mind, other than that I don't mind brainstorming with my partner. Thank you.
