I'm up for some ideas to be thrown around.
We can brainstorm something, or if you have a specific idea, we can talk about it. I'm just so dying to RP, it's not even funny.

Actually, your mention of outlandish clothes and a guy, and a creation is pretty much my style. D: And Jester's. I usually only play him as a male character, if you're interested. I have some art of him if you want to know more about what he looks like. I painted the icon myself a long time ago, but there are better pictures.
