INTRODUCTION

You walk across a large fallen log, your round ears swiveled forward intently. Along with you, a whole group of Female hyenas travel with you. You squat next to a large branch, leaving a pungent scent, before trotting Home, where the Cub Den is. Time to report.

You sink to the ground and let out a plaintive whine as a Female patrol steps forward Home with prey. The other females crowd and jostle around to get their share, leaving you trampled. By the time they're done, you only have a few scraps. You hated being a male...

Blade shrugged through the undergrowth. Her stench was strong as she grazed her scent-glands across a few branches on a dead bush. Plenty of scents decorated this particular cropping of bushes; You could smell it quite a long ways away. It was both a beacon to Clanmates that Home was here, but also a warning: This was the heart of their Territory!
