Okay so here's the OOC I said I'd make. I'm going to copy the cs I made for Alto on the original OOC and post it here. I might also going to elaborate upon it, depending upon if we think it needs more. But then again, there's only so much you can add about a person who's been alive for only three months. You can also repost Valshe's too if you'd like, but you don't have to.
