After the age of eighteen, it is only the sensible thing to find a suitable woman to marry. She must be healthy and capable of having children, not a single blemish in her family's health. She must be smart, if not wise, kind, caring, and last but not least, beautiful so that every one may adore her. This is the decision that your character, the Prince of a growing kingdom named Gatha, must make as he is now nineteen years old, past the age he was supposed to wed. There is an issue though. He knows that he is gay. So incredibly gay. There wasn't any possible way he could properly produce a child with a woman. If only men could have children. Then perhaps that wouldn't be such a big issue. So he searched for such a thing after his sixteenth birthday passed, into his seventeenth, past his eighteenth, and here he was, nineteen years old with nothing to produce from his efforts. That is, until one day a sorceress passes by. She spoke to him of a legendary race of people who held no females, but men who could produce what he wished for, a child. He is instantly eager to find one to marry, but is warned that these people hid in the darkest shadows of the Earth, living as far as they could from the presence of those with ill intentions for their kind.
Understanding greatly, the Prince relaxes and thinks heavily on this information. Around this time, a group of men and women are brought into the castle to be shown to the royal family. The Prince is in shock to see women with fish tails, men with two heads, a child with scale like skin. His father and mother must discuss how to help them, the group having been rescued by an underground slave trader who stole them from their families. Among the group is a seemingly normal male who attempts to slip into the background and go unnoticed. Unlike the rest, he does not speak of his origin or who he is, but the rest seem to know exactly what is different about the quiet male. Letting the group spend time at the castle as their families were contacted and they were one by one taken home, The Prince grows curious and makes visits to the guests, learning more about them with each visit. Someone accidentally drops the ball on the seemingly human male and the Prince instantly zeros in. He could have children.
