Basically its just for laugh and giggles.
We are next door neighbours with comical powers of your choosing
basically sneak or storm in each others homes so we can taunt torture kill each other.
but we cannot die because 5 min later we regenerate somewhere nearby but it hurts a lot
don't mind setting up lots of one to one's with this one I make different powers up.
Like to have a D20 system but not essential 1-4 fail 19+20 critical
