Colors like no human had ever seen painted the sky as night approached. One lone pair of eyes poked above the water just a few hundred yards away from the shore line. His hair was dark red, easily confused as black when wet or from far away. His eyes glowed a dim gold as they skimmed the horizon. It was always the same here, running and hiding...killing. Always his species though, never anything truly interesting. Glass had been banished from the main waters because of his bad habits and now he spends most of his time watching the waves roll in...but never bring him anything fun. Perhaps that will change soon though only time will tell. -05:16 Aug 18

Glass: Noticing a shop on the horizon Glass's eyes widened in surprise. Was it an illusion? The sea tended to play tricks with his mind after so many days alone. Not that he didn't like the solitude, he just disliked being bored. Diving under the water he reopened his eyes, the warm glow from their gold color coming to life in the dark ocean. Using his long sleek tail he pushed himself through the water easily, coming up about ten yards from the ship his eyes were huge. It was true! A ship! He had only heard of the things but this one... Tilting his head he frowned, looking over the mangled thing. Knowing that there had been a storm the other night he thought perhaps it looked so bedraggled from that. It also seemed to be sitting low in the water for a boat, or at least that's what he thought...surely it would not be floating for many more days. Squinting his eyes Glass noticed a few things as they moved about far above, an eyebrow arching slightly as he took in the creature's features. They looked...funny. -05:31 Aug 18

Seeing the island, her jaw dropped and she glanced at the deck. Most of the crew had already seen the island; her job wasn't really necessary at the moment. Still, it wouldn't do to leave her post yet... not until she was told to. -05:32 Aug 18

The sight from below the surface was odd. It was obviously a ship, but why was it here? She swam up until her head peeked above, revealing her hair that was such a deep shade of blue it could be mistaken for black. Her eyes were a shimmering green, and she had swirls of scales along her arms. There were voices on board - that meant survivors! Usually ships were abandoned if they made it here. She tilted her head curiously and got a little closer, attempting to peek up over the edge even though she was far too low for that. -05:46 Aug 18
