Description:
Spen is scrutinized a lot because of his height and build, is only 130 pounds and 5'6. He lighter brown hair which he tries growing out and brown eyes. He is much slimmer than most boys and is pale, mostly from not leaving his room half the time.

Spen has two holes left under his lips from past piercings, choosing to take them out because it didn't really fit his image.

He has many bruises that were left from months ago and has a birthmark on the back of his neck.

Clothing style:
Since Spennies family can't really afford much, he doesn't focus much on what he wears, usually styling older worn out clothes. You can usually spot Spen by his usual plaid buttoned up shirts or wearing a jean jacket.

Personality:
To those who really know Spen, they know his main mission is his passion. Through his life, Spen has always kept to himself, choosing to do everything himself rather than working with others. But even though he is so independent, he also loves to spend time with friends, and any other chance he has he will spend time with them.

Spen isn't very confident about himself, he feels insecure about himself and his body, feeling as though he isn't good enough. When it comes to friends, he will never leave their side, unless they do something to hurt him otherwise. When first meeting him he will be really shy but give him time to get outside his comfort zone and to trust you and he will talk to you like he knew you for years.

Spen is abnormally polite and will actively avoid conflict, wanting to settle things with words instead of actions. Spen finds being so mature a curse since he never let loose and chills out, so if he is forced to do something he may get in trouble for he will get anxious and worrisome. When it comes to humor, everyone will laugh at his jokes, not because they are good but of how bad they are.

  Backstory:
  Suo was born to a very rich and powerful family, he was the twin brother of his little sister (by 1 minute) and was always pampered and treated like royalty. There were also major cons to being raised in a rich family, such as being hidden away from public life and only having his sister to talk to. Suo lived in a giant house, so big that he didn't even explore every room, living in the house are two butlers, a cook and two nannies, which made Suo feel even more alone, surrounded by adults.
  
  As he grew up, Suo began to find out that he was different than most others, when one night he was crying and looked up to see the shadow moving around his arms. One night Suo was watching the news on television and watched as they explained what meta-humans were and ripped them apart, calling them abominations and threat to humanity, Suo vowed to never let his powers out in front of others, in fear of the unknown.
  
  As Suo grew, he began to control his powers more and more even though it was far from perfect. Suo was twelve when he was sitting on his bed playing with his powers, he learned that he can create shadows all around him, moving around his body. Forgetting to lock his door, it pushed open to see his sister standing in the doorway in shock, she ran out of the room and Suo went after her, he pleads with her that he was the same person and to please not tell their parents.
  
  Suo's sister never ended up telling anyone about his secret, but every time he would try to talk or play with her, she'd just run away and hide. Suo felt even lonelier then he has ever been, every day he would lay in his bed watching him being called a monster and a freak, so that day began the downfall. It was just another day at Suo's private school, he was small and was always the resource for picking on someone, but one day his anger went too far when he was in the public washroom and a bunch of the known bullies walked in behind him, they began calling him names and started pushing him, Suo became so mad that his shadow powers began to run rampant and two arms came out to hit one of the kits into a wall, the bullies were terrified and ran out of the washroom as fast as they could.
  
  That day Suo never went back to school, his father's butlers ended up picking him up and driving him home, the next few days were full of yelling and arguing from his parents. It was the night after and Suo woke up in the middle of the night to hear voices downstairs, he sat on the staircase and started overhearing the conversation, they were planning on finding a way to get rid of him, since it would ruin their reputation of having a son who was a 'freak'. Suo began crying and ran back into his room grabbing the things he needed and swiftly left the house and never went back.
  
  Weeks later it was announced that he had died, but was actually his family covering their back, confirming that his parents never really loved him. Suo didn't know where to go from there, for the last couple of weeks he had been living off his father's credit card he gave him, which gave him a roof over his head, but now was just running out. He began looking for another place to stay, asking around for spare change.
  
  He tried but there was nowhere to go, Suo decided to sleep on the sidewalk laying with a blanket he found near a dumpster, it was a very windy night making it almost extremely cold. As the wind began to get stronger, his blanket whipped off him and without thinking his shadow arms grabbed the blanket and rested it on him. What Suo never knew was that someone was watching the whole time, he felt a tap on his shoulder to see a man who then patted his pack. "You look lost. If you trust me, I can help you find your way." The man with a deep voice proposed. Suo didn't have much else to go, he knew of the dangers but knew that if he stayed on the streets any longer he would die, Suo grabbed his hand and they walked off.

  Suo stood looking down from the burning building below and police sirens in the distance, smirking from under his mask.

  Personality:
  
  What you may not think about Suo was that as a kid he used to be very optimistic and upbeat, but after the events of his powers, he became really pessimistic and fed up with the world. He has learned to only trust and relies on himself, which made him really independent. Suo is thoughtful and understanding towards others who went through similar hardships and have abilities like him, also through similar hate towards the humans. His determination and strong-willed nature help him achieve the tasks he strives for, which makes his loss even worse for him and will fight until he cannot take another step.
  
  Suo is terrible with his patience and cannot take being under pressure, even though he thinks best that way. What most would not know is that Suo is actually really intelligent and great at thinking on plans last minute when they go awry. What may conflict with his mind and his intelligence is his anger and hatefulness, which can fill him if provoked.
