Logan was for years a successful succubus, preying on majority single men she picked up in Las Vegas casinos. However, one night she made the mistake of taking home with her a married man on purpose. When he was released from her hold over him, he immediately went and told his wife -a rather vindictive woman. The woman and a couple of her friends tracked Logan down and beat her, then burned her with kerosene over certain areas of her body, most visibly her eyes. Now out-of-commission as a demonic seductress due to her injuries, Logan retired up north to work as a maid in a bed-and-breakfast. While she does retain some vision in her eyes, their delicate and compromised state means she has apply medicated cream and protect them from any irritants, leading her to have them bandaged up all day every day. No longer a huge flirt like her past self and other members of her species, Logan can come off as gruff or standoffish with a somewhat snarky sense of humor, although she truly cares for her close friends, most of whom are other maids working alongside her.

Chelsea was gifted by a friend to Ren, a maid and coworker of Logan's. Chelsea originally was simply an obedient machine with no "higher purpose", but eventually gained sentience after spending day after day with Ren. However, as a very newly self-aware creature, Chelsea is basically a large toddler who can follow enough directions to continue working as a maid alongside the others. Chelsea is mischievous and will run off or get into random areas of the bed-and-breakfast she's not supposed to get into when she's not busy working or following Ren, her adoptive mother whom she is very attached to, around.
Bio:
The survivor of an alien genocide, Ren left her homeworld, Vectrus, for Earth soon after it was liberated by military forces and quickly found work as a bed-and-breakfast's maid a few years before meeting Chelsea and Logan. Ren is competent and pretty much runs the day-to-day inner workings of the hotel, doubling as both the head maid and manager. Despite having a traumatic past Ren is surprisingly upbeat and gregarious, partially fueled by her near-nihilist views on life especially concerning the traditional religion her people followed -Ren rejects their god, Pan, and the idea of an afterlife that would make up for the hell her species had to go through, instead choosing to move on while alive in this world and "live for now". In addition to serving as the backbone of the hotel and its domestic workforce, she also serves as a maternal figure to Chelsea.

Born to an Okinawan mother and an American father serving in the Air Force, Dallas' mother left the family when he was barely old enough to be able to remember her. Moving from base to base throughout his father's military career, Dallas struggled to make friends and cope with the absence of his mother from a young age. This resulted in Dallas becoming standoffish over the years, building up a "tough" persona to protect himself from the revolving cast of other schoolmates he encountered throughout the years Under the mask, however, Dallas is still a sensitive if not somewhat shy kid with a big heart and love for animals.

Kay ran away from his parents in the underworld when he was sixteen, so dead-set on never seeing them again that he fled all the way to Earth, eventually being taken in by a woman who had experience with nonhumans from repairing and occasionally making androids. Although two years later Kay's home life is much more stable than what he ran away from, leaving the underworld at such a young age has left Kay without much knowledge of his species and his abilities, while his attempts to fit in as a human are often thwarted by his obvious demonic features. Despite his nature as a creature who basically exists in-between two worlds keeping his friend group rather small, Kay is an outgoing and kind young man, if not a little bit gawky and unsure of himself, especially when it comes to his currently rather poor flight capabilities.
