A Lion King roleplays that takes place before the lion king

Now i'm gonna get a bit more serious about running an actual roleplay this time around.

I have a idea for a roleplay that takes place before the TLK movies all the way back starting at Mohatu's reign and until Mufasa's reign where we stop and plan what to do from there on.

I intend this to be more open, such as perhaps Sarabi or Sarafina became Scar's mate, maybe Mufasa had multiple affairs with other lionesses due to being such a flirt as a teenager etc. Basically if we somehow reach Mufasa's reign we can pretty much rewrite the TLK story.

So what do you guys think?
