Men have always been considered the dominant and more important species, from the beginning of time to current day. In a world where female's rights were never acknowledge, a very corrupt world wide government takes over and creates a new regulation, the female gender is to captured. Those who are the age of 16 and up are to be sold to men as slaves to do their bidding while those who are younger must wait in captivity unless an owner comes along who has enough money to afford a child any younger than the age of 16.
(I know this touches on a rather sensitive topic and I can understand if a couple people might feel offended by the topic but it's a rather typical MasterxSlave type scenario though, I will try to make it as interesting as possible.
