I 100% believe in it. Although I've always struggled with being positive and that resulting in a bad outcome, I believe that the energy and thoughts you put out into the universe are important.​
 
I would like to believe it's really personally, I'm unfortunately a very skeptical and pessimistic person so it's hard for me to buy into stuff like this. But I try hard to believe in it especially when I'm desperate. I do believe the mind is very powerful and can sometimes be used to trick the body in a sense. When I have migraines sometimes I'll listen to guided meditation and idk if it's a placebo or not but it helps a bit
