He is an Officer
History: Eric Anhale grew up with a strict life style consisting of, getting beaten and taught to not talk back to his superiors. He was a bad kid before, but as it went on he became even worse. His fuel for justice rising, he was inspired to become an officer. one who could enforce laws as his parents did upon him, this is one reason they call him the berserk. This skill full fighter was ready and was not going to let these kids with magic run rampid amongst the world, who knows what they could do, is what he told himself. So he took up his belief and put it to work, becoming famous for his ways of justice and action among the people...and the threat.

He carries around a rather large sword on his back which he uses frequently when resisted, the sword feeds off of magic aura so when around the children it begins to glow and is put into more power when afflicted by the magic.​

History: Julie is a lone child who ran off scared when she saw children being killed in her parent's ​
living room on the media and heard all children are being targeted. Though Julie doesn't understand​
why, she does know she can't stick around. She has been staying in alleys hiding basically in garbage.
Scared she usually stays in one place. One day an assassin cornered her preparing to kill her. Julie​
screamed and cried begging the assassin to not kill her, but remained silent. Julie covered her eyes and screamed, deep down a power awoke in her, and before the assassin's eyes a Behemoth slowly began to take shape charging at him. Julie was unsure if the assassin was killed or ran off, seeing the Behemoth in fear, she stood in silence. Days went by and Julie and the Behemoth ​
developed a friendship, but Julie is only able to summon Behemoth when she is in grave danger and ​
full of energy. ​
Something Special: Julie calls him Benny. ​

The Right-Hand Man of Lyrin
History: Qui lived a mostly normal life for any of the massively gifted children, although he had no idea of how far his powers stretched as he never had to use them. Quite odd of someone with his amount of power, but he never knew. He also had a little sister who was quite gifted as well. He was grown up as the man of the house, as his father had died when he was young, and he was in charge of everything. Running the errands, making sure his sister and mother were happy and healthy, and working to make sure they could survive. He was forced to work late one night, and as he neared his house he noticed a climbing tower of smoke. He took off sprinting only to find his house was covered in flames. He ran in, looking for his little sister and mother. When he finally found the charred remains of his family, he broke down. Right there in the middle of his burning house. He stayed there, getting burned severely from the fire, but that only fueled his anger and rage. Eventually, the fire quit hurting and his body was covered in burns. The fire seemed to gather into one position, and from that fire, Gargantuan emerged. Qui wasn't afraid, he still only felt his anger. The beast standing in front of him gave off an aura of respect for the human. (And, of course, an aura of fire, but that's not the point.) Qui then collapsed. When he awoke, the beast was nowhere to be seen, and he was on the front step of the Heilige Support Group's HQ where he was discovered by Lyrin.
The only thing from his past that he carries is a pendant that was given to him by his little sister the day before she died.
Additional Information: Gargantuan can only be summoned when there is fire around, and the greater the blaze, the stronger he becomes. Which is why he is not allowed to be around any form of heat when he is angry. He also became fast friends with Lyrin, which helped him become her right-hand man. Because of his past, he is the first to volunteer to help with any and all young children when they need help.

Etruis's parents left him at a very young age. When they found out about his magic, they left him in a heartbeat. To forget about him, they attempted to capture him and take him in, but luckily he wa abl to escape his car. He ran for a while until he hit a building, walking up the stairs and hiding on the roof. He hid in the darkness as he watched the town around him hang around with their friends or enjoy being normal. Etrius always knew he wasn't normal and even his only friend, Denzo, ditched him after finding out about his strange gift. Etrius had soon killed his friend, for trying to snitch and Etrius could never get it out of his head. He was a monster, so he decided to act like a monster. As he grew into a young man, his heart and loneliness grew bitter and soon enough his rude, unloving and bitter side became his personality. Etrius had nearly been caught a few times with the officers, but luckily he could get them off his tail temporarily.​

This glove may seem ordinary but it is not. Every hour this glove generates another shield against any power, but the flaws to it are, it only lasts for 5 minutes every hour and it only protects one attack. For example if there are 3 guys shooting powers at you, the shield will only protect/deflect one of of it.​

Additional Information:​
Etrius can be protective if he finds someone amusing. Of course he is rude and he will act like he does not care about you but it might not be true. He might care, you just have to be good at reading his signs. He values friends more than anything and find more enemies than he does friends so baring with his stubbornness will be a plus, with him.​

She was brought up in a noble family - one of prestige and wealth. However, this meant that she was forced to take etiquette lessons, dancing lessons and so on forth to be the "perfect lady". Her parents were distant, but still cared as they occasionally showered her with love and gifts. But that all changed when Rosanne starting feeling something niggling in the back of her mind at the age of eleven. The girl ignored it, at first - thinking nothing of it despite being naturally curious.

This continued on until her thirteenth birthday, as midnight arrived and the "feeling" exploded, leaving her unconscious on the floor in the middle of a talk with her parents. One thing led to another and soon the recently-turned teen found herself an orphan with only some belongings of her own - a disgraced and disowned heiress.

Three years have passed since then, and she has developed some skills of her own and learnt much. During the time, the blue-eyed girl has sort of racked up a name of her own..

So, wow.. This is a pretty brilliant concept. ^^ I'm a little rusty when it comes to creating characters for specific worlds, so hopefully this is okay.

Mina Evocat

The arrows she shoots are made up entirely of her magical energy, and if they hit their mark (which they usually do), it will entirely stop whoever or whatever was moving. The target's sense of time will be hugely affected because once they are no longer frozen in time, even if ten minutes have passed, they will think they are still in the heat of the moment.
Because this is more of a long range weapon, and the weapon takes more time to prepare than a crossbow or a gun, Mina tends to use it when not directly facing her opponent. Typically, to assist others when they are being pursued by someone or something.

--ARMGUARD--
(offensive/defensive)

Her shield is strong and can be used to block close combat attacks if necessary. However, its main purpose is for channeling her magic through the stones embedded in it. It sends out rings of her magical energy which will significantly slow down anything that goes through them. Its useful for slowing bullets or things that can't be evaded at their normal speed. A picture of what these rings look like and how they are meant to act is below.

History: Thanks to her older brother and mother, Mina got to live a pretty normal. She discovered her powers early on, finding that sometimes when she touched people, their whole body's would freeze. It wasn't hard to control, but the magic did take up a lot of energy. She got better at controlling it the longer she had the magical powers. Her lack of a father never really affected her, because Qui would always be there for her and her mum.
On the night of the fire, she found out the true scope of her powers, though she hasn't been able to do it since. That evening, she had gone to bed early and when she woke up, there were flames licking at her door and slowly burning through it. Smoke covered the place. She panicked and somehow managed to freeze everything around her. She opened the door and saw that everything had stopped. The flames had stopped moving and just sat there covering almost every inch of the house. She had to touch the still flames to walk out the house, and they burned but didn't catch her clothes on fire. She saw her mother's burned body alongside another that had been burned too badly for any sort of recognition. She assumed it was her brother and she cried, rather shocked. When she finally got herself together, she knew she would have to survive somehow. So, she went through the house and gathered everything she could. She was back in her room packed when she found she lacked the energy to continue the spell. Time resumed, and with no other option, she went out the window.
Mina's gone to the streets, knowing anyone who she may have gone to would've found out about her magic sooner or later.

Additional Information: No associations at the moment. No interest in trying to escape the city. She just wants to know why people fear them to begin with. Also, her magic has far more potential than just slowing things down, but she doesn't know how to yap into her full powers.

Name: Noah Frenzy

Appearance: In human form, Noah is dark-haired and dark-eyed like his brother, Boris Frenzy, slim and built leanly, standing at around 5' 10''. In wolf form he is dark grey and keeps his human chocolate brown eyes. Due to the magical nature of the transformation, Noah is around 1.5x the size of a normal wolf, with a good deal more strength and agility in proportion to this, longer legs, and more silence of movement.

Enemy or Child?: Child

Type of Magic: Wolf transformation, the key thing being that he can keep his human mind with no issue – something adults practising animal transformations find nearly impossible to do.

In an Ally Support Group?: Not as of yet, but could be in the future, perhaps if they help him find his brother.

History: He and his brother lived happily with their parents until they were slaughtered by an assassin they thought was a family friend. Before this event, Noah saw something that made him suspicious of this 'family friend' but, confused and unsure in his young boy's mind, he did not speak out and that night, his parents were killed. Knowing he and his brother were the real targets, Noah fled blindly, terrified. He has lived on the streets ever since, wary that the assassin might still be looking for him. Eaten up with guilt and viewing himself as a despicable coward due to his actions, staying silent and abandoning his brother, Noah seeks to better himself. He tries to help those he can, often taking up a protective 'older brother' role on instinct. His goal is to find Boris in Jekax as he hasn't seen him since the night of their parents' murder, find him and seek his forgiveness, as well as protect him from the assassin who might still be out there, as well as the other hostile forces mounted against magical children.

Carry Anything Special?: At his belt he carries two 6'' knives, as well as a small pouch he... uh... acquired that is enchanted to have a slightly larger amount of space in it than the size suggests. Across his back he also has a sword sheathed that he can use pretty damn well.

Additional Information: He currently as a bandaged wound on his hand that he received in wolf form landing on some shattered glass, which is still healing. As it is his sword hand, he is trying to avoid fighting for the moment, unless he has the time and energy to shift to his wolf form.
