Here is a game where all your wishes can come true.

The catch- the next person grants the wish in the worst possible way.

Example:
Person A: I wish to grow a beard.
Person B: You have a super thick rainbow radioactive beard that is slowly killing you, but hey you got a beard.

So to start it off:

I wish for a pen
 
Your pen uses extremely corrosive acid instead of ink. Also, it's ugly.

I wish for an airhorn. No particular reason.
