Its dark.
Drip.
Drip.
Drip.
Twist.
Scream.
Pain floods everyone here. We are held...no...bound by the sins of our past lives to this place. Some call it purgatory. I call it Hell. They say its full of anguish.
Pain.
Life.
Death.
Blood.
Blood everywhere.
Its all I smell anymore. I can't even smell it to be honest. Its all dull. The sights. The smells. The pain. Dull. Until.. Light. Air and light flood my system and I breathe again as if I have never breathed before. I'm pushed forward and open my eyes to see myself falling.
Falling.
Light.
Shade.
Darkness.
Again.
Its dark again and I don't know where I am. I can see and smell, and hear again but I wish I couldn't. I'm in a place where the walls look alive. Where burned flesh and singed hair line the walls and where bones litter the floor. Others sit near me in the same utter fear and we breathe in unision ..and wish we couldn't.
This. This must be hell.
But it isnt.
