Well, hopefully.

I'm Xedite (or X for the unmotivated).
I'm a chronic lurker and site drifter who's been wrestling with the decision to sign up here and make one of these threads.

I'm freshly 22 and have been role-playing off and on around the web for about 13 years now. I love to write in my spare time, even though I can never seem to find it anymore because of adult life obligations.

I've gmed more than a handful of forum and chat based rps and my longest running one could have filled a novel after gaining a life of its own and running for over 3 years.
I primarily RP fantasy adventures, though I've had more than enough dabbling in modern and sci-fi settings to enjoy them as well.

It's been a long time since I've stepped foot in a community and I'm hoping to get to know the people here well enough to dive back into the hobby and hopefully make some new friends.

I always love seeing adults about my age join the site, especially those with as much experience as you do. Though you said you tend to be a lurker, I really hope you consider putting some content out around the site. From my experience, the group here is extremely friendly, helpful, and delightful, so if you put a little bit of effort into meeting new people, you shouldn't have any issues feeling right at home in the community.

Hey, thanks for the welcome, guys. And that's definitely some good stuff in that thread there, Dipper. I was eyeing it earlier and I might end up taking advantage of it sometime here soon.
I'll try to post more around the site when I find the time to. Until then, I have a charahub profile to dust off and some art projects to finish. :)

Being a lurker is not as much fun as goofing off with the rest of us ~
I recommend the Newbie Care Package, getting set up with a mentor to help guide you and answer your questions gives you both a new friendly face that you kind of know and also someone to ask whatever questions without worrying.

ALSO, NINETALES IS BEST POKEMON. That is all.
