He isn't someone who will do nice things because he feels like he has to or because someone asked, but when he finds people who truly need his help he with soften up. He prefers to hide his altruistic tendencies, feeling embarrassed that his hardcore image is being broken.
Outspoken: Anyone that has spent any time with Morrigan knows that he isn't afraid to speak his mind, or about anything really. The youth is sarcastic and has no problem giving people a hard time with teasing and jokes. Morrigan follows his own morals and beliefs but has no issues putting his foot down when he feels them being broken. If he thinks someone is being mistreated, or someone is doing something wrong, he will say it loud and proud.
Weaknesses
Impulsive/Emotional: Ever since Morrigan was a kid, he has always thought with his emotions first ad they often cloud his judgment. He is quick to anger and he is the type to get physical or to escalate first. But he also likes to be snarky and make passive-aggressive comments. Though he isn't afraid to yell. His actions are often unpredictable and when he gets worked up he can become unreasonable. When he is in a bad mood, or feeling rebellious, he can make rash decisions without thinking them through.

Power
Mediumship
Morrigan is able to see and communicate with the spirits of the deceased who remain in this earthly plane for one reason or another. Though, typically they have unfinished business. This allows him to gather knowledge from ghosts, or even repel them away in the case of an unwanted haunting.
Limits:
Necromancy
Morrigan has the power to manipulate the dead by using his own life force. This power allows him to communicate with the dead by summoning their spirit as an apparition or raising them bodily as a reanimated corpse. By doing this, Morrigan is able to commune with spirits or use them as a weapon or servent. However, currently, Morrigan can only reanimate animals.

Limits:
- These spirits are attracted to Morrigan, and often visit him against his will. This can lead to him being haunted by ghosts, who aren't always benevolent. Sometimes he will be attacked by them, with his belongings being destroyed.
- If he ever becomes too weak, he can end up being possessed.
- Morrigan is always at risk of attracting demons, who can attach themselves to him and cause him to become sick or have bad luck.

Limits:
- Robots and Mechanical Beings are immune to necromancy as they have no souls or life force.
- The user can only control and command the undead they create or summon.
- A summoned soul must remain within 500 feet of the user. If separated beyond that the souls would be sent back from where it came from, and if it was an animated corpse it will drop dead again.
- Because souls often have minds of their own, it can be difficult to control them. If a soul doesn't want to be summoned or doesn't want to do the thing they are being commanded to do, they might try and resist the summoning. Keeping command over an unwilling spirit costs much more energy from the user.
- Without precautions, the undead may turn against their summoner. Summoned undead may become uncontrollable and put the summoner in danger.
- Echos of the deceased may be overpowering. The user could be driven insane. Ghostly thoughts may haunt the user.
- Reanimation costs more energy than conjuring or summering a spirit. At this point, Morrigan can only reanimate things the size of a dog for s short period of time.
- Summoned, conjured and reanimated corpses are only able to remain in the earthly plain while the user is able to maintain them. To first bring the spirit into this realm costs a certain amount of energy and sometimes requires a ritual depending on the spirit.
- If the user tries to use their power too much they risk losing control or passing out, which leaves them at the spirit's mercy.

Background
Morrigan was born the second oldest in his family. Although they lived a simple life, they were happy. His parents were in love and would shower their children with all the love and affection they could.
When he was ten years old, his father went to work on his normal night shift. However, several hours later, his mother got a call that would change their life forever. Morrigan's father had been in a terrible car accident and was pronounced dead on the scene.
That night Morrigan remembers his father visiting him in his room, telling him how much he loved him and asking Morrigan to look after his siblings and mother. But when the morning came, his mother told him the news and he was confused, telling her he had just seen their father hours before. Although he was adamant about what he saw, his mother firmly said that it wasn't possible, and must have been a dream
After that incident, spirits seemed to be drawn to Morrigan. They would appear in his bedroom or follow him down the street. It got to the point where he would have to do a double-take to decide whether the person he was seeing was real or a ghost.
At the time, many people thought he was insane, or using this as a way to deal with the grief of losing his father. It was frustrating that no one ever believed him, and he would occasionally act out because of it.
Sometime later, his mother found another man and remarried. In the beginning, the man seemed to help lift the family out of the darkness that had been looming over them since the death of their father. But, that quickly changed when he started to notice Morrigan's power.
The man was originally a very religious person, but soon he was offering sermons in their living room. He would make promises that they would be able to speak to dead loved ones or get answers to existential questions. Most of it was all lies, however as more money started pouring in, the more obsessed he became.
Soon, he would buy a ranch upstate and move the entire family there. He converted it into a compound where his most devout followers would live and worship at a barn he had turned into a chapel. Morrigan was kept locked above the chapel in a small room, without any visitors. The only activity he would be allowed was to help his stepfather to fool a room full of people into believing he was some kind of mystic who could perform great feats.
During these several years, Morrigan was required to train and hone his skills. As he grew older and stronger, he was able to do more than commune with spirits. He would often find dead rats and mice, and be able to bring them back to life. The only time he was able to see his family, was when his brother would sneak in to see him. Though, if their stepfather ever found out, they would both be beaten.
With all this newfound income, Morrigans stepfather started using it to buy illegal weapons and drugs. His mental state was deteriorating, and he started believing that the "end of days" was approaching.
After some time, the police became aware of some of the criminal activity that his stepfather was doing and decided to raid the ranch. However, the night before, their stepfather decided that he wouldn't let the family leave him.
After calling all his followers to the chapel, he set fire to it with everyone inside. Morrigan was trapped in the attic, desperately banging on the door as smoke filled the air. His stepfather then went after their mother, stabbing her twenty times in the stomach.
While he was occupied with their mother, Morrigan's brother managed to sneak the other little siblings away. However, when he came back for Morrigan, their stepfather caught them climbing down from the chapel window, and shot Morrigans brother in the back. As Morrigan held his brother in his arms, he flew into a fit of rage. The people who their stepfather had let burn alive in the barn, and their mother began attacking him and tearing him into pieces.
When the police finally arrived, all that was left was Morrigan and his two younger siblings. Morrigan soon passed out from exhaustion and smoke inhalation and awoke in the hospital. Although he hoped he would see his brother, he was gone.
As time went on, Morrigan adopted his siblings and began working to support them. But, he was never able to move on from losing his older brother. One day, he decided to attempt a ritual that he had found in an old book. Although it was supposed to bring his brother back to life, instead it tied his spirit to Morrigans. Now, his brother is unable to rest in peace. It is a painful experience and one that his brother didn't want.
Even so, Morrigan is adamant that he will find a way to bring his brother back.

Extras
Pagan:
Morrigan is a practitioner of Paganism. He has various paraphernalia about the religion in his room and even tattooed on his body. He has a shelf of vials filled with rare roots, bones, and mixtures that he uses to help when he uses his power. Around his room are different scripts and symbols that represent this religion, along with a bookshelf for old Pagan texts that he collects.
Ouija:
Although Morrigan will sometimes use aboard when he is trying to communicate with spirits, he gets pissed off when others use them. Because of his intense relationship with the spirit world, he finds it highly and personally disrespectful for people to utilize this object. In his mind, he feels people are making a mockery of the dead and his power. And he knows firsthand that things like spirits shouldn't be taken lightly or messed with.
