"What?" He asked. "I'd like to hear you finish."

Raine shook her head. "You are an exhausting creature."

"Would you like me to be quiet?"

Raine shrugged. "Would you honestly be if I requested it?"

"Only one way to find out."

Raine shook her head. "Fine, please be quieter."

He didn't say a word in response, just kept walking wherever he pleased.

Raine continued to follow, quiet herself.

He yawned, continuing to walk along the sidewalk, which eventually turned into a boardwalk.

Raine tilted her head slightly as they approached the beach.

He slowed a little as they walked along the boardwalk, buildings lining one side, the water on the other.

Raine matched his pace.

He eventually started going into each of the buildings, as long as it wasn't residential, looking to see what they were selling.

Raine continued to follow, wondering when he'd start begging to buy things.

Surprisingly enough, he didn't. In fact, he was only interested enough to scan what was there and leave.

Raine tilted her head slightly as she continued to follow.

Eventually, one of them ended up being a place to eat, and he stayed in that one a little longer, looking back to Raine.

Raine chuckled a bit and nodded, approving sitting down to eat.

He nodded once in return, moving to sit across from her. He remained silent.

Raine hummed a little as she sat and scanned the menu.
