Name: Aleu
Gender: Female
Species: Wolf-Dog, though curiously more wolf than dog.
Preferred Weapon(s): Fangs and claws
Abilities/Powers:
1.She has a strange supernatural power that allows her to have visions of the past or future, as well as read minds. This is shown by her eyes lighting up a bright yellow
2. Being a relatively young wolf, she is very agile and strong, but not by much more than an average wolf
Bio:
She's very stubborn and brave. She was also disdainful of her wolf blood (though she has by now accepted it). She also dislikes anyone else using improper grammar especially double negatives.
Although she never realized it, Aleu acted more like a wolf than a dog. She had a reputation for being aggressive and had a high prey drive and stronger predatory instincts than a common dog. It is unknown how she developed her prey drive as neither Balto nor Jenna possessed a prey drive. Despite a very emotional blow at the hands of her father, the two reconcile at the end of her journey and she remains very closely tied to Balto despite leaving him perhaps forever. Although there is a chance they may met again someday.
As a pup, Aleu was highly attracted to howling .
In her own words, "Sometimes I just can't help myself." Aleu is strong in spirit and leadership, with all the traits a wolf pack could hope for, she is closely bonded with her father. Though she would never admit it, she loves her father very much though sometimes they can get on each others nerves. Aleu is very outgoing with a tendency to do things without thinking,
Aleu was born to Balto and Jenna within the same litter as her brother Kodiak, and is believed to be the oldest pup.
She bore great resemblance to a wolf more so than her siblings, and also acted more like a wolf unlike her more domesticated siblings.
As a result, she was never adopted. Aleu spent a year with Balto and Jenna, believing that one day a human would adopt her for who she was. When she grew up, she scared Muk and Luk during hide and seek and a hunter took aim at her, mistaking her for a wolf.
Balto was forced to tell Aleu about her wolf heritage, causing her to run away. Balto tries to catch her, on the way he encounters the Totem animals, such as the Fox and Wolverines.
Meanwhile Aleu questions herself on what she's doing, running away with nowhere to go, she decides to rest in a cave to get out of the sun that the Raven (Aniu in disguise) helped her find, in the cave. She hears singing, and follows the sound to a large cavern in the back of the cave, she discovers a mouse named Muru who encourages her to find her destiny, by singing the song Who You Really Are.
Aleu is encouraged and then finding out Muru is her spirit guide, leaves the cave thinking about he had said.
Through a series of spiritual events, Balto, Nava and eventually Aleu herself come to realize with the aid of her spirit guide Muru that she is destined to lead the pack towards a better future.
At the end of her Wolf Quest, she bids her father a very emotional farewell, informing him to deliver her best love to her mother and disappeared with a confident howl across the Bering Sea and has since been thriving with her pack on a land rich with lots of forests, food and adventures.

Epic Disney: Reclaiming the Magic Kingdom! (IC)
Alias: Amara Simh
Gender: Woman
"Age":15
Occupation: Goddess/ Liberator/Huntress
General Appearance:
Artemis is a gorgeous brunette with long wavy hair that brushes just down to her waist. It is usually kept out of her face though, for she doesn't care much for vanity, even if her beauty has been compared to Aphrodite's. Her complexion is perfect and youthful and natural for she wears no jewelry or make up of any sort. She doesn't need it. Why paint a rose? Her figure is thin, but athletic. She is stronger than she may look at first glance. Her hands are calloused and she usually has dirty fingernails from spending so much time outdoors. Of all of this however, Artemis' most stunning feature are her jade green eyes. In the spring time, they are the exact same color as a leaf with the sun shining through it. They seem wild and she would call herself a free spirit. All in all, Artemis is very beautiful, youthful and physically, nearly flawless.
General Personality
Artemis is a bit of a fickle goddess. At times she is very mature for her age and at others, she gives into her innocent, childlike tendencies and smiles and laughs like there's no tomorrow (which, as long as her brother is around, shouldn't be a problem). She can be very competitive, which is why she even joined this long challenge on the mortal plane. Also, she has heaps of courage and maternal instincts. Most of the time though, she is found running wild and free with her animal companions or when the time is right, riding the thrill of the hunt. She is very clear about her morals and is usually very compassionate, clever and honest. But beware, she has a bite to match her sarcastic bark, so to speak. Much like a wild animal, she won't back down if provoked.
History
- In the classical period of Greek mythology, Artemis (Ancient Greek: Ἄρτεμις) was often described as the daughter of Zeus and Leto, and the twin sister of Apollo. She was the Hellenic goddess of the hunt, wild animals, wilderness, childbirth, virginity and protector of young girls, bringing and relieving disease in women; she often was depicted as a huntress carrying a bow and arrows. The deer and the cypress were sacred to her
- The myths also differ as to whether Artemis was born first, or Apollo. Most stories depict Artemis as born first, becoming her mother's mid-wife upon the birth of her brother Apollo.
- The Iliad reduced the figure of the dread goddess Artemis to that of a girl, who, having been thrashed by Hera, climbs weeping into the lap of Zeus. At poem of Callimachus to the goddess "who amuses herself on mountains with archery" imagines some charming vignettes: according to Callimachus, at three years old, Artemis, while sitting on the knee of her father, Zeus, asked him to grant her six wishes: to remain always a virgin; to have many names to set her apart from her brother Apollo; to be the Phaesporia or Light Bringer; to have a bow and arrow and a knee-length tunic so that she could hunt; to have sixty "daughters of Okeanos", all nine years of age, to be her choir; and for twenty Amnisides Nymphs as handmaidens to watch her dogs and bow while she rested. She wished for no city dedicated to her, but to rule the mountains, and for the ability to help women in the pains of childbirth.
Aloadae Myth: These twin sons of Iphidemia and Poseidon, Otos and Ephialtes, grew enormously at a young age. They were aggressive, great hunters, and could not be killed unless they killed each other. The growth of the Aloadae never stopped, and they boasted that as soon as they could reach heaven, they would kidnap Artemis and Hera and take them as wives. The gods were afraid of them, except for Artemis who captured a fine deer (or in another version of the story, she changed herself into a doe) and jumped out between them. The Aloadae threw their spears and so mistakenly killed each other.
Aura Myth: In Nonnus Dionysiaca, Aura was Greek goddess of breezes and cool air, daughter of Lelantos and Periboia. She was a virgin huntress, just like Artemis and proud of her maidenhood. One day, she claimed that the body of Artemis was too womanly and she doubted her virginity. Artemis asked Nemesis for help to avenge her dignity and caused the rape of Aura by Dionysus. Aura became a mad and dangerous killer. When she bore twin sons, she ate one of them while the other one, Iakhos, was saved by Artemis. Iakhos later became an attendant of Demeter and the leader of Eleusinian Mysteries.

Character Biography---
Powers:
-An archer of the greatest caliber, Valentina never misses her target. Her arrows only affect those who are open to Love. Otherwise, they are as lethal as any other weapon. Needless to say, she uses her arrows sparingly and mostly on humans....Unless she's trying to hurt someone.

(Meant for a Rise of the Guardians rp)
Name: May Day Anderson
Alias: Spider-Girl
Hero, Walking-the-line, or Villain: Hero, bordering Vigilante status like her brother. May's super hero persona is also considered a "menace" by the Media thanks to dumb newspapers and magazines.
Age: 15
Appearance:
May is about a head shorter than her brother, but with her petite body comes a big voice. She has chin-length dirty blonde hair and usually bright blue eyes, like her brother's. She has a healthy, athletic build and is usually seen wearing lots of color even when out of costume.
Background and Hero Origins:
May was born four years after her older brother Matthew, (nicknames include Matt, Matty, Matty Matt, Mattie-kins, Mat-Mat) and she's basically been a pain in his ass (haha he doesn't like when she uses bad words X3) since she could breathe. May Anderson is from New York, but she was raised in a small townhouse in Forest Hills with her parents and brother of course. She had a relatively normal childhood though she was coddled, seen as their parents' little angel who was always somehow able to blame her brother for the bad things she did. Her father, Thomas, was a scientist who had been working on some kind of research dealing with cross-species mutation at OSCORP. Her Dad never told her much about his job, but she wals always glad when he could come home. Thomas always warned Matthew that his work could make bad men show up, but May was in the dark for a long time. Nobody wanted to scare the baby girl, though she was clearly mischievous enough it would have done her some good at the time. She was never sneaky enough to look at Dad's notes though. He always kept his office door locked in a way that she couldn't pick it. Not that she was all that crazy about science and math. She just couldn't resist her curiosity. Most of the time, Thomas was off working at the OSCORP Building, so his family rarely saw him except on weekends. May's mother, Vanessa is a local dentist. She was also constantly working, but whenever the family managed to get extreme periods of time off work, they would spend it together to try and make up for lost time.
Matt kept her pretty informed about their Dad's death when it occurred, especially when she told him about what she heard after the accident at the hospital and from the news. She had stayed by his bedside with her Mom as often as possible. She was 11 at the time, but she refused to allow anyone around her to sugarcoat what had happened to her family. Matthew sometimes tries to explain to her how he got his powers, but she knows it had something to do with the incident when he was 15, and that's pretty much all she needs to know. He always goes into all this scientific detail and she gets bored and interrupts him, usually with a commonly asked question: Can we go fight some stupid criminals now?
May has always been pretty charismatic and though she can be devious when she needs to be, it's always in good fun and never to hurt anyone, really. So she's always had a big circle of friends and was always wrapped up in some sort of drama until a certain point in middle school. She's currently attending Midtown High School as a sophomore. It's where her brother graduated from so she has some of his old teachers and she despises when her Science teacher expects her to know all the answers and her math teacher compares her to Math-geek Matthew. Sometimes it sucks to be the younger sibling, but at least she has more friends than he does, some of which are newer friends thses days, including Shiela Fields, Christine Batson and Jemma Cobett. She loves participating in the school plays and musicals so she has good friends from that and some from her art and spanish class too.
Remember that certain point in middle school when she let go of the drama and a lot of her "friends"? Yeah that was because she was kidnapped by the Spider-Queen when she was 13 and trapped in a freaky cocoon that messed with her DNA as it meant to kill her slowly. SpiderMan saved her though. He got her out in time and she ended up with powers much like his, considering they came from the same type of arachnid. She discovered these abilities when she was helping her drama teacher organize some scripts and a couple of them stuck to her hands. And wouldn't come off. She ran home freaking out about how the drama teacher's gonna think she stole them and Matt was the only one home at the time. Luckily or her, he was the one person who knew and understood what she was going though and her powers developed as he taught his little sister the ropes and how to keep her secret.
He explained about his connection Arachne (the same woman from Greek mythology who challenged Athena and was turned into a spider) and that Athena has tasked her with training Matthew to become a 'Web Warrior', an ancient hero tasked with preserving the 'web of life' (the Web Warriors weave the web and those who would destroy it will ultimately destroy the natural order of all things). As exciting as it was for her to find out she has superpowers and her brother is SPIDER-MAN, he made sure she took it seriously by telling her what Arachne had told him: that his powers were a tremendous gift and to not use them for the preservation of his world would be selfish. He also told her the most important phrase she must remember as Spider-Girl. A phrase she treasures because her father said it: "With Great Power, Comes Great Responsibility…"
So even though she loathed being compared to her big brother in most things, she decided to follow in his footsteps and become a Web Warrior too, even if her powers came from a villain instead of a Goddess. For her father's memory, May would fight for the good of mankind.
She became the one and only Spider-Girl.
With a little bit of guidance from Matt, she made her costume kind of like his (she has good sewing skills from making costumes for plays at school). Eventually, when he trusted her enough (and he knew he could no longer keep her from fighting crime with him) he made and granted her with a couple of silver wristbands that serve as artificial web-slingers like his, though she can't make natural webbing like he can. She loves fighting bad guys because she makes it fun and though she isn't sadistic about it, she does tend to enjoy messing with the criminals she goes after. Matt also makes it fun because he's always so sarcastic and hilarious, but she would never tell him that.
Powers/Abilities:
- Wall Climbing: basically meaning she can make her fingers stick to things better than krazy glue when she wants them too.
- Web Slinging (via silver web cartridges/web shooters): you get the idea
- Enhanced Speed & Agility: Here's one thing she knows she can do better than her brother. She's smaller (fits into smaller spaces) and faster, more agile and limber. He doesn't let her forget that she doesn't surpass him by very much though.
- Enhanced Strength: Okay she could probably lift a truck full of money, but she's definitely not as strong as Spider-Man. She's just too little and doesn't have the muscle mass. She might, when she's older, but for now, she can't even beat him in an arm-wrestling contest.
- Enhanced Eyesight & Night Vision: Pretty self-explanatory.
- Immunity: (never really been tested as no one's really tried to poison her) She doesn't know she has this, but she's mostly immune to all poisons and drugs unless given in very large doses.
- Venom Blasts: She can focus her bioelectric energy into "venom blasts" sufficient to stun or kill normal humans (she's obviously never killed anyone though and only uses them when needed).
Weaknesses/Tragic Flaw:
- Bullets, Knives, Mind Control, Having his power's sucked from his body, Explosions, and pretty much anything that would kill a normal human being.
- Her Wall Crawling ability works through thin layers of cloth, such as the fabric of her costume, but not through materials such as the soles of shoes. When May needs to crawl without changing into the costume, she has to remove her shoes first.
- Venom Blasts tend to drain her energy a lot because she doesn't practice them much and she rarely has to use them in battle.
- She wouldn't admit it, but Matthew is her biggest weakness. She'd do anything to make sure he's safe, though he's really annoying when it comes to being overprotective of her.
Occupation: Student
Other:
The boots, mask, and gloves of her costume can be folded up and stored inside a purse or her backpack or even her pocket while the remainder is usually worn under her civilian clothes (for the weirdos and fellow feminists out there, she rarely wears a bra.)
Excelsior!
May walked up the steps to the door of the house where she lived with her Aunt, Uncle, Mother and annoying brother..and promptly slammed the door closed behind her. She was not in a good mood.
"May, is that you?"
"NO it's your best friend, Mr. DinkleBear!" She stomped up the stairs, grumbling about how absolutely stupid the list was and undertstudies don't get any credit anyway... grr.
"Oh good, I thought it was my bratty sister." He smiled at her as she walked by his bedroom door towards hers. She glared, but before she could take another step down the hallway, Matt called out ot her, "Hey c'mere I just finished writing my own theme song, you wanna hear it?"
"No."
"Too bad."
*3 minutes later*
"Wow.."
"I know right?"
"I just realized.."
"That I'm a musical genius? Yeah I know."
"That you're a boob."
She walked to his door and looked over her shoulder at him.
"You're...the biggest dork I've ever met. Ever. I'm so sorry you were born this way."
She sniffed with seemingly honest pity and giggled as Matt through a pillow into the hallway after her. He missed and she forgot about being listed as the main female character's understudy in Midtown High School's Production of Shrek. Matty always had a way to cheer her up.
~Later at night...~
A petite shadow crept along the walls of a dark hallway with some doors on either side. The shadowed figure was silent as she crept along in her red and blue suit, already wearing her mask and everything. She opened Matt's door upside down, then crawled in on the ceiling while he played computer games or something. Everyone else was asleep, so she simply lowered herself upside down like a spider would, blocking the screen from her brother's view with her head. He sighed. She showed him crossed fingers with one hand. It was a signal between her and Matthew telling him that she's going out to patrol. He promised her once that as long as he told her when she was going out as Spider-Girl, he'd cover for her if one of the adults woke up. Because she doesn't like not having a spider-sense like he does, she likes to do night patrols on occasion, just to reassure herself that she can do some crime fighting on her own, even if they're not even dangerous enough to be on Matty's radar. But she likes the nights best when she can just swing free and the night is peaceful (even in the city that never sleeps).
"Move."
"K."
The web lifted her back up to his ceiling and she just crawling out the window when Matt spoke again, quietly.
"Be Careful."
"Yeah, yeah yeah..."
May smiled and leaped off into the night, webs slinging in her flight through the city. However aggravating any stress or problem was, May could always count on this to give her a happy rush of endorphins and freedom. As much as having to hide these powers from her best friends totally sucks, she wouldn't trade them for the world. They've become a part of her and she couldn't imagine herself without this feeling of wind rushing past her ears and cars and taxis honked below in the streets while she swung--flew-- through the night onto rooftop after rooftop, scanning for trouble with quick blue eyes.
Sure I'm just doing my job, but who says I can't have fun with it?
Spider-Girl thought, flipping and soaring and smiling endlessly.

The Ultimate Comic Book Roleplaying Universe: Dark Reign (OoC)
Rue Benette
Gender: Female
Age: 16
General Appearance:
Rue is pretty short at About 5'1 and slim. Her eyes are normally turquoise but They darken to violet when she's in the middle of a 'vision'. There are only a select few people who see her smile.
General Personality
Most of the time Rue is honest and sweet, optimistic and soft-spoken, but there are times, though rare, that she snaps. She becomes very blunt and extremely altruistic in high stress situations, especially if someone she cares about is in danger, no matter how minor. Rue is independent and stubborn sometimes and doesn't like taking help from anyone. It is difficult to earn her trust. The struggle to evade the darker part of her mind has a taken a bit of a toll on her, especially when she sleeps, but she hardly ever lets it show.
Is it ever gets too bad when she's alone, she'll read to distract herself. It's also a nice pastime even when she's not upset, so she reads pretty much whenever she has the chance to pick up a book and when she has free time in which she's not reading, she's daydreaming or making comparisons between her few friends and her favorite characters.
History
Rue has been an orphan her whole life. The orphanage she lived in was nearly always overcrowded and she was always kind of an outsider. The kind no one ever wanted to adopt. She could never understand why her parents never wanted her but once the kids around her started teasing her for how weird she was, she kind of figured it out. Rue was...lost. And for awhile she couldn't understand why she was even alive anymore. It was a dark time in her seemingly pointless life and that's where her secret comes in. It's pretty much the sole reason she tends to close off her heart all the time. Rue once got so bad that she tried to bleed herself out once. There weren't many other options that would free her from her existence on earth in the orphanage, so slashed wrists would have to do. If only she hadn't been caught, dripping crimson blood all over the tile and everything. The scars are still pretty obvious, at least on the wrist without the wristband showing all her school color and rank. She isn't exactly sure how the people from Brewster's found her, but they did and of course the orphanage had no problems getting rid of another mouth to feed. Especially a 'mentally ill' one. And that's when her life changed, though right now, she isn't absolutely sure it was for the better. As a prisoner, she's being used for what she can see. And she hates it.
Character Biography
Rank:C
Psychosis: Depression
Psychic Type: Natural
Psychic Power: Melloespy? Aka Precognition
Rue has a specific sort of..mental list in the back of her mind that she can add or remove from whenever. That list consists of the few things that she'd like to 'watch' daily. These things could be people, places or things. On a normal day, it's just the people she really cares for, though on some occasions, she watches the whole Brew facility as an institution, not the people in it.
By watching, Rue means to say she keeps that list for the things she's capable of watching the future of. She cannot, for some reason see her own future though. In the lab, she can concentrate enough on the things they want her to and tell them of the brief flashes she gets of those things. The near future of them that is. Sometimes she gets involuntary visions that come unpredictably and painfully at any given moment. Those usually last much longer, almost two agonizing minutes of the future (most of the time) of one of the things on her list. Those are rare and hardly ever consist of things in the long term future.

Character Name Colette
Gender Kyne Female
Age 19
Occupation Trained Kyne Sex Slave (paid with cage and food)
Strengths
Flexible
Knows her way around a ship
Sneaky
Very bright
Fears
Being caged again
General Personality
Though she seems like the submissive, shy and quiet type, Colette has not completely lost her spark of rebellion. She hopes to one day seek vengeance for her parents now that she's slighter older than the young slaves sick men look for these days. She'll escape someday she knows. And it won't be by fighting. She has to be sneaky, bide her time, watch and listen. It's how she's survived so long. How she learns. And knowledge is definitely power around here. She doesn't, however, have much of a sense of dignity or any sort of belief in love. She's too cynical for that, but you would only know that if you listened to the sarcasm in her head. Her blue-grey eyes only show mystery.
History
Born on one of the lesser known islands off of the Council of Oreska, Colette has never known any form of a life of luxury. Her parents, Joseph and Kara, weren't very well off and her father had a terrible gambling problem that only grew worse as she grew older. From the time she could understand instructions, she'd been working to help them. Being an island, she could always find the odd job around the ships on the docks. She knows nearly everything about the dirty work that needs to be done on a docked ship, no matter what kind it is. She spent enough time around there that she concocted a dream of traveling the seas. It almost seemed like it could come true when she got old enough...that is, until she turned 12. During one of the winter months, the weather was colder than normal and the house didn't have enough firewood. While on a trip to go get some for her parents one night, some of the gamblers who had known her father had not yet paid his debts found her and brought her back to to her house. Despite her efforts to get free, she was forced to watch the thugs kill her parents when they fought to get to her. Needless to say, they couldn't pay to set her free.
So those who murdered her parents ended up selling Colette to a trader heading to Blackwater. She was sent in chains, beaten into submission and forced and trained to become a sex slave. Nothing much has changed since then, but she has the faces of those men permanently stuck in her memory and her thirst for vengeance has been boiling in her blood ever since.
RP: Blaggards: A Swashbuckling Tail
Name: Anya Cahill
Gender: Female
Age: 17
Occupation: Volunteers at animal shelter
General Appearance: Anya is small: 5'1. And definitely underweight. Yes, she still eats, just not as often as she should. She's obviously skinny and sorta palewith small hands with little scars on the heels of her palms because of how often she uses them to catch herself when she falls, or rather, pushed and tripped.
General Personality: Timid, cautious, clumsy, submissive, quiet, reserved, altruistic, emotional, and misunderstood
History
Anya was fine a few years ago. Yeah her parents weren't always around because their jobs keep them busy. Mom's a software engineer, dad's a lawyer sort of thing, but until 9th grade, everything was fine. Anya didn't have many friends because of her bashful tendencies, but the two she did have were everything to her. Beth and Josie.
But then she had to move. Her dad, Jackson, was given an opportunity to work in a better law firm and they had to move far away from her old friends over the summer. Her parents, thinking they could end her complaints about moving away with money, bought her a ferret. And for a little while, that helped. Anya has always been an animal lover and she took care of Tigger the best she could even if she couldn't start high school with her best friends by her side like they had planned. It was still summer time when they got a phone call. The home phone rang and her parents weren't home so Anya picked it up and surprisingly, it was Beth's mom. And she was crying. She was told that her best friends were in a car crash. The two of them were in the backseat of Josie's mom's car. Going to the beach. And they got hit by a big truck. The driver wasn't paying attention and the three of them died on the scene before the ambulances could get there.
And Anya wasn't there. She wasn't there! She couldn't do anything to save them and now the only one she could depend on was Tigger. Starting high school a few weeks later was rough. Coming from a middle school that was from a completely different state made sure she wouldn't make any new friends the first day. She was instantly labeled by the black clothes she wore in mourning. Her silence made her 'creepy', her shyness made her 'weird' and her memories, the ones that made her cry and excuse herself to go to the bathroom, those made her a crybaby. And no one ever even asked. Not even her parents. To this day they know nothing of what happened to her old friends and she knew they wouldn't ever drive her to go to the funeral. Which only made her more guilty for not even asking. As the long days passed, she grew more and more withdrawn as the teasing started. One day, she brought Tigger to school with her because the maid who comes over once every two weeks to clean the house is allergic. She tried to keep him well hidden in her backpack. Apparently, she did so much too well. No one noticed the little rodent and one beefy dude she'd accidentally bumped into slammed her against the lockers too hard. Tigger's skull cracked and some of his blood still stains the inside of her backpack. Because she blames herself, her hands are also stained in blood. He died instantly. Just like Beth and Josie.
It seemed like everything that had ever happened to her had been so out of her control! Her parents moved her away, her friends died in some stupid car crash, the maid was allergic to ferrets or rodents or whatever and that buff jerk chose that specific day to let his temper flare. It wasn't fair. None of it was fair. All she wanted was a choice for once. Some control. And the first time she brought that razor to her wrist in the middle of her ninth grade year, she had it. Control over how deep she cut, how much blood she released, how peaceful she felt afterward. The endorphins that rushed through her after her skin sliced open were the best way to calm her panicky heart and guilty conscience. Anya freed herself that way. And the better she felt the more often she cut herself open. And of all people who could have eventually found out, it was a stupid kid in gym class. Not her parents, not the maid, not even one of her most frequent bullies! Just a girl who loved to gossip. And the rumor spread. From then on she was not Anya or crybaby, or even a nonentity. She was Cutter Cahill, the school punching bag. And did it ever stop? Of course not. She deserved it.
Extra: She used to love the beach and chick flicks and singing… but she could never go to the beach again. Or watch a sappy girl movie. Or even sing. Because she couldn't do it with her friends. There was nothing in her anymore. Just an empty shell of a person with thick white scars and scabs on each wrist.
