YUM! A chicken's ass, by the way, is the most tender part: it's mostly fat, and a bit of really soft bone (like the tiny bones in chicken fingers, only more....tiny). It's extremely flavorful, probably more flavorful than wings, neck, feet, or drumsticks. Absolute deliciousness!
