<Sarah>

"Yup, I'm a first year too," the sprite answered, flashing a wide smile. "As is she, I think. At least, I think people like that would've gotten into a fight sometime before. And fighing is banned on this school, right? I mean, I'd expect fighting to be banned on a school where everyone has horrifying superpowers. Besides, we're all supposed to learn how to behave like human beings, right? Then again, humans do have a tendency to constantly kill eachother. Which raises the question; would killing human beings count as behaving like a human being? Of course, humans don't have the ability to throw fireballs or whatever...," she ranted, getting farther and farther away from the actual topic, conciously or not. "Maybe we should kill humans like other humans would kill humans?... Anyway, nice to meet you too, Makoto," Sarah abruptly ended her own rant. She reached out a hand to greet the male newcomer -- which was obviously still wet.

<Homura>

"Yes, I am. Nice to meet you, Soteria," he said monotonously, answering the girl's hand. At about the same time he let go, Soteria apparently saw someone behind him, or at the very least was acting as if she did. Homura turned around just in time to see a girl waltzing away again. He shrugged, then turned back at Soteria. "May I ask why were you in the forest to begin with? You said you were running from a spider in the forest, but that requires you to be in the forest in the first place." It just didn't make sense to him. If you are deathly afraid of spiders, then why go to one of the few places in the wide area that might have them? Unless. the girl was lying to him. There was an easy way for him to find out, but... No. He wasn't going to do that. This was one of those specific reasons he was wearing his muffs to begin with. "Either way," he continued, "if you are so afraid of spiders, may I escort you to where you wanted to go? You won't be afraid if you're not alone, right?"

Soteria

Great this guy was definently suspicious of her and on top of that he wanted to escort her! When all Soteria was trying to do was escape this place, and monster like him! Though to be honest he didnt seem all that bad, if a little bit emotionless, she didnt even know what kind of monster he was. That was half her problem though, all these "monsters" looked human! She couldnt tell what they were or how bloodthirsty they were. She ranted this inside her head while trying to come up with a plan to get away from Homura, but none came to mind in her panicked state. Taking a deep breath Soteria puts on another facade smile. "Oh uh...I was heading back to the bus stop, I think I forgot something on it. I uh...You dont have to do that...I dont want to inconvenience you or something..." Despite trying to play it off cool her voice betrayed a little bit of her nervousness as she shifts slightly in place. Rubbing the back of her head in a nervous gesture.

Sapphire

Sapphire instinctively backed away from Sarah when she leaned out of the pull to shake Makoto's hand, still dripping wet. She smiles a bit nervously at the 2 not sure what to make of Sarah's little rant. "Ya I'm not really sure what to think of that girl...Shes awful rude and anti-social in my opinion but everyone has their reasons. Its nice to have such a gentlemanly guy possibly be in class with us as well, I hope we can be great friends. This year should be fun!" Her voice starts off a little sad but ends encouraging and exited smiling brightly. Turning her gaze back to Sarah she giggles softly shaking her head slightly. "Umm, I prefer not to kill...Or eat humans unless needed."

~~~~~~~~~~~
Omorose
Rose blushes at the one girls comment about her being "adorable" her gaze still stuck on the ground till the other girl-Kira spoke to her, she lifts her head up slowly looking up at the attractive girl. Blinking in surprise at her compliment she smiles hesitantly, shifting nervously in place as she grips her books to her chest. "Oh th-thank you, y-your much p-prettier than I though....Y-your new too?" Her voice was hesitant and shy but soft. She chastise herself inside her head at her stuttering and stupid nervousness, why couldnt she just talk to people like a normal person??
Omorose faintly noticed the "toys" comment but decided not to comment on it, she was much to shy to even try anyway. Maybe one of these people were her roommate?
Makoto
Grinning lightly, he laughs gently as he shakes Sarah's hand, "Pretty energetic aren't you?.. And yeah, I'd hope I'd be in class with you two as well, sounds like fun to me... I could use the change of atmosphere, you know, all lively and stuff." Makoto slid his hands into his pockets for a short time as he looked off elsewhere, then looks over to Sapphire after the later half of Sarah's rant about humans, "Well.. It does confuse me a little bit. I mean, as far as I know it's not possible for a human to get in here, but even if they did, do we really need to kill them? We're here to learn to live in their world after all, aren't we?.." He sighed out, shaking his head, "Atleast I hope so.. My parents made me go here partially in hopes of finding a 'close friend,' they say... I'd rather just learn and make normal friends.." He'd literally bend his fingers at the quotes with minor emphasis with a shake of his head, a visible, icy breath subconsciously escaping his lips.
Kira and Erika
Erika smiles at Murasame and easily slides herself in closer to invade his personal space. An arm crossed by her chest, it'd mistakenly nudge her bust upward a little as she looks at him, the angle more than awkward-causing for him, "I'd love to find out then sometime~. I've always wanted to practice with a sword wielder.." She'd laugh a bit as she steps back with one foot swinging behind the other playfully, hands behind her back and bent over slightly, giving herself another bounce followed with a disarming smile. Kira sighs out as she tries to ignore her sister and smiles again to Omorose, nodding, "Yeah, my sister and I are first years as well.. I try to keep her out of trouble though. I'm usually not this social either, but it is the first day.. I guess I just can't help but be a bit excited, I guess, right?"
<Sarah>
...C...c...COLD! Shocked, Sarah pulled her hand pack, staring at the transparent gems on it. The previously liquid water had frozen around her fingers, forming a fragile crystalline prison. Well, fragile for normal people, that is; for Sarah, it was slightly different. For all intents and purpose, her hand might as well have peen petrified. In fact, it might've hurt less if that was the case. As ironic as it might sound, it felt like her hand was on fire or something. "I-i-i-ce-ce-ce-ce... g-g-g-go-l-l-lem?," the water sprite stuttered, her eyes far too big for her head. Why didn't she notice sooner? There was an entire aura of cold hanging around the guy, for crynig out loud! She should consider herself lucky she didn't freeze solid completely...
Carefully, Sarah tried to rub her extremely stiff fingers, in an attempt to thaw them out a bit. ... But not careful enough. A loud snapping noise sounded out through the pool area, shortly afterward followed by a loud scream. If Sapphire or Makoto were to look, they would see a small, slightly hooked oblong object floating in the water right in front of Sarah...
<Homura>
Wait... If she just wanted to go to the bus stop, then why go through the forest? Why not go to the bus stop closer to the cliff's edge? Well, whatever, it wasn't really his problem. On the other hand, if he would just let Soteria waltz off into the forest by herself and she got herself hurt, he might be held responsible. Which was bad. Of course, it wasn't really like he could protect her anyway, considering his total lack of powers other than spying on people's thoughts. Then again, it would make sure they wouldn't get ambushed. Speaking of lack of powers, why didn't Soteria just kill the spiders? It wasn't like the things were that resistant to magic...
"It's not a problem," the satori finally answered. "The least I can do is walk along with you." He had decided that the sooner Soteria would get out of the forest, the sooner he could get back to his relaxing spot. Of course, he didn't actually say this to Soteria; he wasn't stupid or anything.
Sapphire
Saph frowned at Sarah's reaction to Makoto, he didnt seem that mucher colder to her, though she was a demon/vampire so she might not be as warm or sensitive as Sarah. She was about to respond to Makoto's words when there was a sudden snap and scream, whipping her gaze back to Sarah in surprise she frowns worried. Seeing something floating in the water, after a moment recognizing what it was her eyes widen and she quickly walks over to Sarah. Even though the sight made her a little quesy, blood didnt gross her out but severed body parts what another matter. "Sarah! What happened?!" Her voice was a mixture of shocked and concerned. Leaning down toward the girl in hopes of somehow helping her. Completely forgetting about the water that was dangerously close to her now.
Sapphire
Ugh today as just not her day....Not only did she somehow end up in some freaky monster school, almost get killed along the way, and then have to pretend she was a monster and not human for god knows how many hours while bird brain gave them a "tour". But on her way to escape this place, she gets a personal escort...By no other than ANOTHER monster. Ya...Lovely, during this little rant inside her head she nodded with a smile to Homura and started walking through the forest toward the bus stop. Staying silent she tried to come up with some genius plan of getting rid of Homura without attracting any further suspicion and getting the hell out of here!
Lost in her thoughts Soteria didnt notice the large rock in her path, her foot colliding with it as she walked, making her suddenly trip falling forward. A light gasp escapes her lips as she flails her arms trying to grasp something to stop her fall, catching hold of something she grabs onto it hoping it will stop her. Little did she know what she grabbed was the front of Homura's jacket.
Omorose
Rose nods in agreement with the girl, a small smile coming to her lips, she was happy this girl seemed nice. Even though her sister seemed rather...Playful? "S-sorry I-I'm not use to b-being around others m-much, or t-talking really....Umm...Where d-did you come f-from?" Oh ya great Rose, cuz that makes sense. Shaking her head slightly causing her caramel curls to bounce she tries again, "I-I mean b-before you came here...W-was it f-far?" Gah she was bad at this...She must sound like a dufess.
<Homura>
While they were walking, Homura tried to figure out exactly what Soteria was hiding. It was obvious that she was hiding something, after all. But what? Why would she go into the forest if she was afraid of spiders? And if she wasn't afraid of spiders, then why was she lying about it? And more importantly, why was she running if not out of fear of spiders? Or rather, what wa-
His train of thought was abruptly derailed when Soteria tripped over a rock, almost taking him down with her. On the bright side, he was able to react fast enough to prevent either of them from hitting the deck, using one arm to grab onto Soteria and the other to keep his balance. On the not-so-bright side, this meant that he had no hands left to prevent his mufflers from falling off...
.
.
.
Having been cloaked in silence for so long, what was normal to others felt almost deafening to Homura. So many thoughts, all running rampant through eachother. Fear, pain, anger, swarming into his head from all directions. But the most bizarre one came from right in front of him, telling him something that should for all intents and purposes be impossible. But, thoughts didn't lie. So therefore...
After what felt like an eternity to him, the satori raised his head and looked Soteria straight into her eyes. "You... you're human," Homura managed to utter, still somewhat dazed by the tidal wave of thoughts that had surged into him. "How did you... it was an accident, wan't it? You weren't supposed to be here to begin with. And now you just want to go home. That's why you were afraid, weren't you? You weren't afraid of spiders, you were afraid of us," he went on, starting out very matter-of-factly, emotion only slowly seeping into his voice as he went on. "Well, don't worry, I won't eat you. Of course, you might not want to talk about this to everyone; you've heard the crow, right? The Academy isn't all that friendly against humans."
Murasame
____________________________
'Don't stare. Don't stare. Don't stare.' Murasame mentally told himself. He found he was unable to follow his own advice when she raised her chest, however. With how close she now was, it would be nearly impossible for her not to notice where his eyes were resting. He didn't know how he was supposed to react to a situation like this... As far as Murasame could tell, Erika didn't know she was doing it. Was he supposed to say something about them it to her or something? He blushed heavily as he refocused and brought his attention back to her face. "W-we'll see about that later... Right now I," She was difficult to talk like this, especially so when she bounced and leaned forward. With every ounce of focus he could muster, he powered through the distraction and continued, "I-I gotta go see if my stuff is still on the bus..."
He averted his gaze as subtly as he could with another bow. Murasame wanted to look as composed as possible, leaving a bad first impression wouldn't do. Yet still, his nervousness was plainly visible. If she didn't say or do anything else, Murasame would turn and continue down to the bus stop.
Makoto
With what just happened, it was no surprise to see his reaction as completely bewildered with a look that would also say "Oh- SHIT!..." Bumbling about practically wordless, he had no idea what to do since that had just happened. How did it even happen, he thought - He wasn't even using any of his abilities, yet this woman's hand just froze as if -100 degree weather just struck her then and there. He was dumbfounded, along with alarmed and concerned, "I swear I didn't do anything--!.. And uh-.. If snow men are also called that, then I g-guess yes?.." He then quickly adds and speaks out, "Should I get the nurse or something?!?" However it had happened, it did and it wracked his head with thousands of thoughts at once.
Kira and Erika
Erika smiles still and it even forms into a light smirk when she knows where Murasame was looking. She gives off a gentle laugh and stands up normally with her arms still wrapped behind her, "Well, as much as it would seem fun to get to know eachother better now, I won't hold you up for that. Besides, there's an entire school year and more to come. It was nice meeting you, Murasame." Kira quickly looks to him and gives a calm smile as well, nodding, "It was nice to meet you as well. Take care and watch out for people like my sister.." She then looked back to Omorose who asked her a question, "Well, for various reasons that are either difficult, boring, or otherwise personal to explain, we came from Europe."
<Sarah>
...Well now, that wasn't good. Note to self; don't touch Makoto again. Ever. Losing a finger is one thing, but anything bigger than that would be very problematic indeed. On the other hand, she had for all intents and purposes lost more than that one finger already. The sprite's eyes drifted back and forth between the two others -- who were still standing at the side and obviously shocked by what happened -- , her still-frozen hand, and the broken-off finger. ...Well now, there was only one way in which she could solve this. She didn't like it, but it had to happen. Slowly, the girl moved towards the edge of the pool, a short distance away from Sapphire and Makoto.
"It's okay, it's not your fault," Sarah answered the duo's alarmed reactions, trying to calm down both Sapphire and Makoto a bit -- and herself, for that matter. "I can... sort of recover things like this. It takes a lot of energy though, some time and a lot of water. Luckily, there's no lack of the latter here." She forced a smile on her face, one that was not followed by the rest of her body language. "The thing is, I can't really recover as long as this thing is still in place. So... You might want to cover your eyes." She closed her eyes, taking several deep breaths. It had to be done. It was like those sicknesses some humans have, where it's better to cut off a body part to make sure that whatever problem it has can't spread to the rest of the body. Yet still, to simply lop of your own hand was easier said than done.
"Yah!" With a yelp, Sarah lifted her arm up in the air and smashed her hand against the stone side of the pool, sending crystal shards of several different sizes everywhere. With breathing just as jagged as the stump on the end of her arm, Sarah then let herself slide underwater...
Sherin
A loud scream reverberated through the girl's locker and changing room area. 'Great. Maybe somebody died and everyone will leave...' She had been taking her time in the changing area, really just looking for any excuse to not have to walk past the idiots outside. She couldn't stay too long though, or else one of them might come in "worrying" about her. Ugh, just the thought of that repulsed her. She quickly finished changing and exited out to the pool area. Sherin didn't like to stick out in a crowd, her attire was plain; just a simple long sleeved shirt and a burgundy skirt.
No sooner had she returned to the pool area she was greeted with the sight of Sarah smashing her own arm against the pool's edge. A spray of ice crystals resulted from the impact as her hand was crushed to pieces. 'Ugh! Why couldn't it have been her mouth?' Sherin didn't care what happened, at all. She wasn't even the least bit curious either. The expression on her face reflecting her pure, unamused apathy. Continuing, she shook her head in a disgusted fashion. The exit lay on side of the pool opposite of the changing and locker room, Sherin would either have to walk past the two standing next to the pool. Alternatively, she could take the long way around but she felt it necessary to make a point...
Still visibly tense and very irritated, Sherin approached Makoto and Sapphire. "Don't talk to me, And move. You're in my way." She said to the both of them.
