Drago was the rising star at FBI until he was abducted, "questioned", and left for dead. Caught in a year of captivity broke him and he retreats to the mountainous area of Western Maryland where he'd acquired sufficient weaponry to declare himself as an independent nation and enough lamps to pinpoint his location from the International Space Station. He's losing the battle against paranoia. Too bad FIB needs him for he'd stumbled upon something big when he vanished last year and FIB needs that case resolved, now.
The FBI tasts YC with gluing Drago together and returning him to FBI. As he nudges the man back to the career that cost him dearly, Drago's paranoia escalates. Personal and professional lines blur and YC isn't sure which presents the biggest compliation anymore: Drago's peculiar brand of craziness, the case they're working, or his closeted submissiveness surprising and enthralling kink.
