Plot 1 - The Prank
Its MC's birthday, MC's supposed "friends" decide to pull a juvenile prank on MC. They pay for an escort to come over that night and "have fun" with MC. YC is the escort sent over. MC is blindfolded sitting on the bed, his friends said he couldnt take off the blindfold until they left him with the escort. But MC didnt know the escort was a MAN and his friends were actually playing a prank on him. YC is also unaware of the prank and thinks MC is actually expecting a man. Little do MC's friends know, but they hit it right on the mark, MC is a closet gay. (This can be tweaked a bit if you like)
Plot 2 - The Innocent Drunk
Its once again MC's birthday, though this time hes home alone with nothing to do. Consumed by loneliness and sadness over being dumped a week earlier. He drinks himself into a nice woozy state. YC is MC's neighbor and for some reason (could be MC's music is too loud, or hes giving MC's mail to him that was accidentally put in his box, ect) he comes to MC's door and knocks. Completely not expecting company and too drunk to think not to answer. MC answers the door with a half empty bottle of Bourbon in nothing but boxers and a too-big overshirt thats half undone, a profound sadness in his eyes. YC doesnt know MC very well since MC moved in just a month ago, but the sparks that ignite when their eyes meet is unmistakable.
Plot 3 - Power of a Dream
MC was a victim of a bank robbery gone bad about 8 months ago. He ended up getting shot in the chest, hitting his head hard enough on the marble floor to put him into a coma for 7 1/2 months. Now hes fully recovered, all but his legs. Being in a coma so long the muscles in MC's legs have deteriorated and hes lost use of them. Now hes starting physical therapy to regain the use of his legs and build the muscle back. YC is MC's physical therapist, MC dreams of being able to walk, run, and jump again but is weighed down by depression. YC helps him through it, and pretty soon MC starts wanting to get better, not just for himself, but for YC. (this can be tweaked, its kinda vague right now)
Plot 4 - My Boss is a ????
MC is broke, I dont mean kinda broke like he cant afford a game he really wants, I mean broke as in how is he gonna eat this week. He was let go from his job due to budget cuts 2 weeks ago and has been job hunting ever since. Unfortunately there isnt lot of job openings right now, and his rent is due in 3 days! He got his landlord-after begging for 30 minutes-to extend it to the end of this week. Feeling completely hopeless MC sets out to find a job once more. After an entire day of begging, pleading, and searching, he comes up with nothing.
On his way home from his last interview that went....Well lets just say the coffee stain on his only suit, wasnt his fault. MC sees a "Help Wanted" sign in a window to a little Cafe shop. Deciding it was worth a shop he walks into the Cafe, but he didnt notice the sign on the door that said "Closed". Entering the dark Cafe hes confused by the lack of people and service, until he sees glowing feral eyes from behind the bar. (Basically my idea is YC is the owner of the Cafe, YC decides to hire MC as a Butler in order to keep MC quiet about what he saw that night. YC can be a demon, vampire, shapeshifter, or whatever else you want thats supernatural. Can be tweaked.)
