Hanako stands at a height of 5'3" and weighs about 112 lbs. She has a petite, delicate build and isn't as developed as other girls her age, but doesn't seem to notice or care. Her pale complexion brings out her eyes and hair, which are both quite extraordinary colors. Her hair, which is shoulder length, is a salmon pink. Although, depending on the trick of the light, it may appear as a bubblegum shade. It is usually styled into two pigtails with leftover hair to frame the sides of her face and is rarely down. She also has bangs that fall just above her eyes, which are a darker shade of pink than her hair and usually depict little to no emotion. A blank, emotionless or deadpan expression is always on her face, making it hard to read her. Hanako wears whatever clothing that she feels comfortable in, but is more fond of sweaters than anything else. Her style fits her personality, which means that it's quite simple and not eye-catching or outlandish.

Some would describe Hanako as "strange" or "weird", which doesn't affect her in any way. The young girl isn't at all lively and rarely shows emotion. Everything she does is done with the same dull expression. She isn't the social type and is quite the space cadet, always in her own world doing her own thing. She doesn't take notice of the things people say behind her back or the way they look at her. Or, if she does, she chooses to ignore it. Hanako walks to the beat of her own drum and wouldn't have it any other way. Just like her facial expression, her voice even happens to be quite monotone, not raising or lowering in pitch. She does show concern and care for the ones that she holds dear to her through actions and words, but that's about it.
Despite her tranquil and carefree way of life, Hanako happens to have one of the worst tempers ever. It's always the calm before the storm, right? She does have quite a jealous streak and it's as easy to spark it as it is to spark gasoline. Although, it does take a while for her to break. When she does, she has a murderous urge that she intends to fulfill, especially if it involves competition for her crush's affections. Her motto is "If I can't have him, no one can" and she believes very strongly in it. Being as intelligent as she is, Hanako is pretty calculating when it comes to eliminating her competition. She makes sure to leave no traces behind that could lead back to her or, if she's truly feeling sadistic, she'd frame someone else for it. Fortunately for her, she's such a ghost amongst others that people would never suspect her for anything and she uses that little fact to her utmost advantage.

Hanako is very skilled with her hands. To the point that, when it comes to hands-on things, she can do them in a snap. That being said, she can make quick uses of weapons, taking whoever it is by surprise. Before they even know what hit them, they could be dead on the floor. (That doesn't mean that Hanako doesn't know how to be slow and torturous, though...)

Even though she doesn't like to, Hanako is quite the runner. She has good endurance and can definitely run for a long, long time, which comes in handy when she needs to make a quick getaway or has to chase someone down.

She can be bribed with any and all food, even if she's never tried it before. Majority of the time, one can find her eating or asking around for food.
