(It's a Homestuck character, with googly eyes. ...And the only 'symbol' I see is the Zodiac sign for Cancer, which I can only assume both Homestuck and Jak & Daxter referenced.)

Aaaanyway, yes to eyepatch-man being my pillow! ^^
