Wolves on the loose

Her head cocked to the side, her eyes narrowing and a low growl rumbling inside her. With a fast move she was on top of him, trying to hold him down. "You know... that did hurt. " The grin never left her face, though what he had said did surprise her, sending a monster out to kill it? Did he go insane just now? Her eyes shot open when it hit her. "Wait... she was in the trees wasn't she...? That sneaky bastard...." Slowly she got off him, just now she had noticed the way he looked, it had been a plan to get the monster out, drop the pup and run so it could kill it? "Tsumi, forget what I just said and eat. You should eat something as well my friend. " She looked down at Dakota again and walked a bit off, staying close to the fire and thinking, how could she get the monster to come out after her? And how was she going to get close to the pup...?

Tsumetai smiled and ripped a leg off of the calf. She offered it to Dakota first. She was glad that they seemed to have stopped fighting.

Avalon was growing more bored as she waited for anything to happen. Standing up, she easily jumped over the wide rushing river, and onto the other side. Two twigs snapped loudly under her weight, making her ears fold back, hoping that nothing around these woods had heard. Calm down, Ava, she thought to herself. As Avalon continued on walking, she could sense that there were others close by, but she shook of their presence.

Felicitas smiled at Auctor. "I think that's probably a good idea my friend. We may need those." She commented as she stepped outside into the cool air and took a deep breath. The scents that met her nostrils were sweet and the smell of the roasting deer was mouthwatering, but under that another scent lurked. Felicitas had to take another sniff to be certain, but now she was sure. There was another wolf on their territory.

Felicitas' hair stood on end and she growled. She leapt in the direction of the new scent. As she did this she shed her skin and landed in her wolf form shredding her shirt in the process. She took off in the direction of the strange new scent.

Auctor followed Felicitas out of the den almost lost in thought until Felicitas started to growl. He snapped out of his trance and jumped back seeing Felicitas hair raising. Auctor was confused until he caught wind of another wolf. "You-" He stopped when Felicitas dashed off in the direction of the other wolf. Auctor changed and quickly followed. He may not be strong but he was fast and easily kept up with his alpha. He wasn't sure if this was the right move but she did say she saw two alphas, it would be risky fighting one but two she wouldn't be able to handle... even with him their they wouldn't have a chance against two.

Avalon could sensed two people coming her direction, she decided to pick up her pace. She wasn't afraid since she is a great fighter, but she was honestly not feeling like fighting at the moment. She kept on running through the woods, dodging trees and rocks swiftly. Her heart beat was beginning to pick up speed, matching the rhythm of her paws against the dirt. Her intense green eyes kept looking around the woods, seeing everything perfectly.

Sanguinem slowly had started to relax again, though she did feel the need to howl again. Most of the time she did it to let the last bits of anger flow out of her in one breath. She shifted to her wolf form again, she wasn't extremely big but her size was over average. Still she was thinking, sometimes giving a questioning look at the other alpha or blankly staring at him. With a soft grunt she lowered herself to the ground and lay down, her head resting on her paws. "So, what part of training do you want to focus on this time? " She asked him, not knowing anything better to do.

Tsumetai whined very softly. Was the Alpha ignoring her? Did she do something wrong? Perhaps he did not wish for her offering. The thought made her feel sad and a bit disappointed.

Flicks her ears around hearing the distant fights of the clans. "Not my problem" she mutters to herself. Walks up to a tree and climbs it. Carefully pawing out to the end of the branch she sits there with her tail lazily hanging down as if tempting something. Starts to doze off and let's the falling snow sit on her.

Her ears perked slightly and she sat up again, staring over the trees towards the dark woods and territory of the other packs. She was sure she had heard something there. " I'm going to take a look... and maybe have some fun." She mumbled, she walked casually away from her den and started to run down. Just out on the clearing she stopped, turning her head several times and sniffing the air for a while. Her ears flat in her neck when her head tilted back and she released a long howl. She started to run, following the faintest scent and actually starting to cut the other running wolves off, knowing she would show up in front of them. She bolted through the snow, her teeth bared and shimmering in the faint light of the moon. She was going to have fun after all.

Her chuckle was soft and sounded more like the bark of a hyena when she saw the three things running after each other. There was some distance between the one up front and the other two but still. Her muscles moved swiftly and she approached the group from the left side, her tail quivering a bit and keeping one icy eye on the one up front. Making sure she was seen by them and snarling every so often. So much fun....

Auctor saw her, his tail went down and his ears went back. He turned and started to run back to the territory, but that was only a cover up. As soon as he was out of sight he turned around and stealthily tacked her from the side then quickly got up and started to run. The one thing helpful in a fight that he could do was run. He hoped she would follow, he would run just fast enough for her to keep up and make sure he had some distance in between them so she couldn't just speed up and catch him off guard. If she managed to catch him, which was unlikely, but if he somehow slipped or was jumped, he could at least say he protected the alpha.

As he ran his breathing sounded normal and steady, his paws beat the ground in a rhythmic fashion, and he kept up wind from her so he could smell how close she was to him. He knew how to run, he distracted plenty of wolves before and always mannaged to give them the slip when they least expected it. He had a trick when he got closer to the big rocks that funnel down to a river theirs a sharp turn and a small spot where he could simply jump onto and turn the other way. No wolf had been smart enough to realize this yet... but then again, this was one of the toughest alphas in the forest. She might just might surprise him.

Avalon could hear the ruckus not far off, so she began running faster. She was very quick and swift despite her large wolf size. Her eyes kept dodging through the moonlit woods, keeping a look out for other werewolves and monsters. This is what happens when you roam through the free territory of the woods? Sheesh, Avalon thought with a huff, but it came out like a rough sigh.

( SUPRISE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!)

Suddenly, Tsumetai crashed in Auctor, catching him off-guard. Snarling she dug her teeth into his shoulder while he was still progressing her presence. She shook her head vigirously, tearing at his muscles. Then, as soon as she started she stopped retreating back into the shadows; gone. Left the enemy to bleed on the ground while her Alpha ran wild. She knew better than to kill him. He was her Alpha's prey.

Sanguinem completely ignored the wolf that had the nerve to tackle her, she would get him later on... after all she knew to which pack he belonged. With a wicked grin she kept running, closing in on the new wolf. She was snarling softly a wicked grin on her wolf lips. She had chosen her prey and wasn't going to change target now. "TSUMI." She growled. " GET YOUR ASS BACK TO DAKOTA " she didn't want her walking in her way right now. However she started to slow down, forget it... (nap time D: )

Avalon wanted something exciting to happen, but as always, nothing ever happened. To her, she had a boring life, always having to be hidden from the other packs. They're so weak, Avalon thought, a low growl escaping her. She knew that she was never meant to be part of the Misted Shadows pack, but it was better than being a rogue, always wanted to be killed by multiple packs.

After a while, Avalon stopped and stood by a boulder, and transformed into her human figure. Luckily her clothes hadn't torn off of her body, and she wrapped the black jacket around herself a bit more tightly. Her red hair was covered covered in small snow flakes that also landed on her shoulders. With every breath she took, a white smoke would appear in front of her.

( >.> I WANNA KILL AVALON. RAWR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!)

Tsumetai flattened her ears against her head and pressed her body low to the ground as she her Sanguinem snap at her. She wasn't going to get in her way, honest. She just wanted to make sure that she wouldn't be ambushed. She whined softly again. She didn't like it when Sanguinem was mad.

[No comment on that. o.o]

Avalon could hear whimpering not too far off from where she was, which made her slightly curious. She walked, sinking with every step she took through the thick snow. By now her red hair was covered in snow flakes, and some were even on her eyelashes. She batted them, making the tiny snowflakes fall from her eyelashes, giving Avalon a bit of relief.

Gaia had a plan to move all of the deer to a safe spot. She had been hearing the commotion for sometime now and even then it was not in her best interest to deal with the wolves. Then slightly, little by little, the noise started to fade as she led them to a safer place. Her stomach full of the little fishes she had turned into a meal by her feet. It started to snow once again and to her disappointment snow fell onto her fur. Constantly having her shake it off and snort in protest. She was not pleased with how the forest worked, she never would be. Gaia Rae was not pleased with the choices the wolves made, the deer were in such small numbers, some of them got lost and slaughtered. Though she had eaten some of the deer, they stayed close to her flanks like lost puppies. But stopped them suddenly as she heard whimpering and the crunching of snow. Though she was curious, she refused to move until whatever the disturbance was had vanished. Her thick eyes scanning the area above the deer. Her hooves sinking into the snow with ease. Her mind focused on getting the deer to safety, she owed them.

Avalon continued on walking through the snow covered forest, the snow thinning every ten minutes or so. She took light breaths, ignoring the white smoke appearing in front of her with every breath. Instead, she was beginning to concentrate around her surroundings, everything would become more sensitive as she concentrated more and more. Miles away, she could feel the light waves under the ground as the deer were being led by a creature that Avalon hadn't sensed in these woods before. The leave shook around her when a breeze passed by, it's as if she had eyes on the back of her head.

As Felicitas saw her second in command attacked she flipped around in a dime and raced back to his side. She nosed him gently and whined. It looked like a lot of blood and if she lost him.... Well she wouldn't even allow herself to think about that. In the brush she noticed the coward that had attacked him from behind. Slowly she stepped over Auctor, her hair gradually raising and a low growl formed in her throat. "You cowardly little bastard. I could kill you." Her voice dropped with venom and her hackles raises. Felicitas was out for blood now. And being significantly larger and stronger than the mutt before her she could possibly kill them.
