☾ The World of Witch-SoulUsually RP groups have a very imaginary setting, and here, we combine real settings with imaginary ones. In this world,
the United States, Europe, Russia, etc. all exist. However, fictional places like Avalon exist in this world as well.
Unsurprisingly, this is set in a specific city, which is New York. A rather large place, witches live here mostly in harmony and peace, practicing their craft privately or in groups, never bothered by regular passerby or citizens. Some live in houses, others apartments, and a couple who are homeless or live in tents or cabins. There are a wide variety of witches from different backgrounds, but they all get along for the most part. There are solitary witches, who practice their craft on their own, and witches who belong to a coven, who practice their craft with others and have goals.

Oakellesse
This coven is known for its nature-loving witches. Oaklesse is full of herb and kitchen witches, and many live in nature-oriented areas. New York luckily has some areas, and they are almost always to be found in such places. These witches are smart and know a lot about science, and often can be seen tending to their gardens, putting herbs in mason jars, and walking around in the wooded areas of NYC. They also tend to be very kind and honest, while also helping others in need and organizing friendly events.

Moondewe
Like all covens, Moondewe practices crystal healing properties. This coven in particular takes it more seriously and is highly skilled in it. Unfortunately they can be a little bit selfish, but the good part about the coven is that they bring in lots of income, so they are probably considered one of the most "well off" covens around. They avoid confrontation and are known for their solitude-seeking personalities. Very rarely does one see coven members together of the Moondewe coven except when a major crisis is occurring.

Azurenn
The coven of Azurenn is the oldest coven in NYC, and is massively respected by all, considering they hold high positions of power. Most are related, coming from a large and powerful family. Amazingly enough, they also all have a knack for divination, which many believe is why they hold so much power in the real world. Despite this, most are wise and polite, but aren't afraid to snap on someone if they cross a boundary.

☾ Areas
The areas of New York City are divided up into the five areas, just like the five boroughs that NYC has. These areas have the same boundaries, keeping in line with those of the state's. They are listed below:
Spicess (Bronx)
It is an area with two major rivers, one being the Bronx River, and the other called the Hutchinson River, which is smaller than the other.

Walgune (Brooklyn)
Walgune, in a sense, is very extensive and varied in its water borders. The area gets very humid due to its humid subtropical climate, and to get to other areas of New York quickly can sometimes require use of its expansive subway tunnels.

Matroyelle (Manhattan)
Such an area is massively dense. Containing many islands and harbors, Matroyelle is heavily seeded with bedrock. Due to this underlying rock type, the area is ideal for tall buildings, such as lengthy skyscrapers. Many witches enjoy living in apartments along Chinatown, as well as the Upper East and Upper West Sides of Manhattan. Some witches move here just so that they can enjoy the beautiful skyline.

Feraria (Queens)
This area includes a few smaller islands, most of which are in Jamaica Bay. It contains a peninsula, which is part of Long Island.

Quiniope (Staten Island)
Geographically a part of New Jersey, it is separated from Long Island and considered vulnerable to sea-level rise. The area is prone to hurricanes and takes a battering often from heavy weather. Such an island has many woodland trails, so nature lovers are always welcome and have a home there.

☾ Personality: Elowyn is a very calm, laid back, and level-headed witch. She is often referred to as a mother-like witch due to her ways of helping others out often and giving guidance freely. However she can also be very closed off at times, and is not a very social butterfly. Elowyn is good at constructing things and ensuring that her work is done well, and also leads with a sense of maturity and wise-ness that is beyond her age.
Positive traits of Elowyn's are her high level of patience and mama-bird like personality, taking anyone under her wing who wishes to learn or is having a problematic time. She also prizes physical beauty, and has a strong knowledge of things regarding that as well as herb care and how to effectively use them.
· Her negative traits are that she is fearless, and this can lead her into seriously dangerous situations, and her other negative trait is her constant distractedness, always busy with something and trying to focus on a hundred things at once while only being able to focus on a few things.
· Her neutral trait is that she is often very amiable and for a majority of the time, brisk.
☾ Likes: Animals, plants, nature in general, crystals, making sigils (which she is good at, almost as good as her herbal magic), and swimming. She also likes to create sculptures that hold plants in them. Elowyn also enjoys healing crystal aesthetics, decorating her Book of Shadows/Grimoire, teaching herself languages in her spare time, and eating seafood at bars that are welcome to witches, despite the human norm customers coming in.
☾ Dislikes: Spiders, fire, the idea of losing her coven to a mistake made in her leadership, and... Meatloaf?? Her dislikes are seeing animals in pain, people who stop in the street or on the sidewalk to stare up at her balcony while she's on it, having to wear large coats in very cold weather (and any cold weather in general that can kill her plants), incredibly small and pointless gatherings of witches, and drama between covens. Usually if she hears witches arguing, she goes to drink some mint tea and does her best to change the subject so that way they cease fighting.
