Who is your Least/Most Favorite Disney Villain?

Least: The rest.
 
Favorite: Hades, from Hercules

Least Favorite: Stepmother from Cinderella (2015). Hate her so much while watching the movie!
 
My favorite villain is Scar, if only because the song, "Be Prepared" is such a good song.

Least favorite...hmmm, I'm not really sure. Not too many Disney villains stand out too clearly in my memory.
