Demon hunter

Denita was created as a demon with the specific purpose of killing angels. She was quite valuable and proficient at this task until she met Michael. He was much more powerful and easily defeated her. Expecting to be killed instantly, she braced herself for the pain of a holy death at the hands of an archangel. Instead, Michael showed mercy and a confused Denita rose to gaze upon him with an expression of confusion and wonder. Such charity did not exist in the lower depths. The spoke for a very long time and she chose to stay with him as his protector and servant. He was not in need of a protector, but he had encouraged her and was given permission to use her as a guardian for humans who were being targeted by demons. She understood the ways and methods of the demons as no angel could, so she proved to be invaluable to Michael and his forces.
