Piano would be my choice as well. A fine piano piece can seduce my ears so easily, I can only imagine how awesome it would feel to be a master of the keys. <3

I believe with practice and devotion you can master any instrument

HOWEVER

There are only some people born with a good singing voice. So I'd cheat the system and master the power of vocal music :P
