I have had the luck of finding one of these rare gems and I treasure it greatly.

WELL YOU SEE, first you have to defeat the giant reptile, then go to the wrecked ship, get the diving suit, electrocute the horrors of the ocean, take an elevator into the layer outside the molten core, survive the grudge match with your nemesis Ridley, pump the sponge-y brain thing full of missiles, high-tail it back to the ship while everything's falling apart, AND THEN you get to smooch the girls.



Most roleplays take a while to get that far. Life gets in the way, ADHD sets in... It's hard to keep two people on the same wavelength for very long.

I find that even when I advertise for FxF roleplays I never get much interest :o
Everyone that approaches me always wants MxF or MxM.

So even if I wanted to, they'd have to appear in my dms LOL

i look for aesthetic and interpersonal drama

as far as themes go: slow burn, frenemies, navigating societal norms

must have: ooc spazzing, buildup, happy (?) outcomes, soft moments of just life

really hate: rushing things

i think for me it boils down to a lot of time being invested in a pair with an equally invested partner. ooc tastes and aesthetics have to align well too, otherwise it never takes off.

Oh my gosh Iwaku could do like a bingo card of tropes or genres but with FxF. Lesbian awareness week is in April, so Iwaku could hold it annually if they wanted to

I don't do enough FxF RP's, maybe in the future as I'm not too keen into looking for new RP's for now

I do FxF RPs! I just don't have a lot of them going on right now. I think I have just 1. It doesn't help that my preferred character gender is male. I can't resist a good MxM RP.

i've done it before (though not here), it was fun. mostly i just based the personality of the character i played on a comic i'd read (i can link, but the comic is spicy)

that said the sign up i just set up presently has multiple women loving women for characters, and i'm hoping to draw all kinds of people to the concept....
