I lean to aggressive side, but can't stand leading all the time. As you will see further, nothing oils my cogs better than a partner who can, in improvisation, play off of what I give. Like, really. It's my biggest kink.
Favorite Genres
Fantasy of various flavors, if we're talking about settings and general aesthetics: everything from bronze age to rivaling empires, with magic as soft as Gendalf's or as strong as Kyros'. But if we're talking about themes, then I have no preference. I usually try to include one into rp proposal, where the theme and the story and the characters harmonically coexist, but ask away if you have something in mind something particular and would like to know what I think of it.
Genre You DON'T Like
Modern ones, I suppose. It's not that I don't like them, it's more that the total sum of everything else about the rp should be big enough for me to enjoy playing.
I was wondering: if one wants to make their post as appealing as possible to as many people as possible, off what site colour scheme should they base it? Something tells me the most popular must be the default dark one, but personally I've switched to the lighter option when I've realized there is one. I know there's probably no statistics on the matter, but I'd love to hear what theme do you use, and just to sate my curiosity why do you use it, apart from maybe aesthetics and the ease to eyes.

If it turn out there is indeed a dominant, be it default or not, would you work your posts' colour scheme to better fit with the theme? Would you change the theme to better view your posts?

I'm curious.

I use Daylight because it's light without being stark white. I have severe vision problems that make white text on dark backgrounds appear very blurry.

On the aggressive side, but I prefer to write with players who are also aggressive.
Favorite Genres
High fantasy, modern fantasy, gaslamp fantasy, Anything Fantasy, dark comedy, supernatural, paranormal, psychological, yada yada
Genre You DON'T Like
Hard sci-fi I guess. Anything very combat oriented. Less interested in strict modern role-plays with some exceptions.
I personally use the Daylight theme because white-on-black makes my eyes hurt. I've definitely felt the frustration of people changing their font colours to white or other blinding bright colours, just assuming that everyone is using the same theme (maybe some folks don't actually know you can change it?). Personally if I'm coding something, I always make sure to manually change the background and font-color so it is readable to everyone. If I'm not putting together an entire post-layout, I just try not to change the colours at all. But Kat linked a great resource for if you do change it!

Combination.

My strengths lie more in the direction of emotions and short-term ideas, where my ability to plan out long-term plots is weak. I do best with a partner who helps me cover that weakness.

Smut, M/s in particular. Apocalyptic. Romance. Open to lots as long as there is some significant relationship planned between the characters.
I've used Dusk from the beginning. I hate bright backgrounds.

I'm not sure which one I'm using exactly,(I think it's dusk?) but I prefer darker themes
