What's in a screen name?

(( It's a Jump-In, so just "Jump in" whenever you can :D ))

Ty-bomb made his character nod, then jump in the air with another victory action. "Oh yeah! We could have you near the front with Katidid, as she's the tank. You could help her plow through the monsters! And Chrome can be protecting myself and Iris as we help from the back!"

He made a little sound of surprise when another character named Zero entered and asked to join. He frowned IRL, and knew that now there were so many people, there wasn't going to be very much experience to gain. He doubted they would have a very high chance of gaining items, either, but if Zero's level of thieving is high, they could gain just as much of everything, if not more, than they would've going in without her. He contemplated this for a good minute or so, hmmming all the while. Then he shrugged and typed out, "It wouldn't hurt to have a thief in our midst!"

Zoe sighed in relief and whooped in joy. "Thanks a lot, it's a pain to try and get through here alone." she typed, opening her inventory. There, she saw all of her new armor she yet to put on. In a few clicks, the dark leather armor covered Zero and her short white hair framed her face. Entering her inventory again, Zoe equipped Zero's new shining daggers as well. "Alright, ready when you guys are." Zoe typed, making Zero fit pump the air.

Colette smiled and accepted the invitation, being added to the party. She quickly turned on her mic, that way she could still talk to them as they battled, but she wouldn't have to type.

"Well, seems like we're all ready to go then!" Colette spoke into the mic, her soft voice directed to the leader of the party, "Well party leader? Care to do the honors?"

The party leader always had to be the one to open the entrance to the dungeon, as that was the rule with most online games. Colette took a sip of the water on her desk, getting ready to head into battle.

Tyler watched Zero put new armor for her character and remembered that he had nearly forgotten to equip some. He was in clothes from his last class, a bard who sings and raises buffs among the whole party. He wanted to try his hand at being a Cleric, however, so he had changed his class a couple of days prior; he got some low-level armor for Clerics along with the new spells and such. He equipped this:

The character's looks, however, are the same hair and eyes except with the colors he has IRL. His weapon is a Long Wand titled Heaven's Salvation.

Arcturus, or Arc, booted up his desktop and jumped in-game. He searched through the chat for some old party requests. Finding one, he brings up his chat and begins typing. "Hey. Mind if I join you?" He sat back, waiting for a response.

Zoe smiled as another character had joined them. "Yeah, sure! The more the better!" she typed, making Zero wave her hand to the new member of the group. Zoe was so excited to meet so many people in one day. With a click of her mouse, she opened Zero's skills and bit her lip in concentration. She needed to update her skills before they went inside. A few clicks later, Zero was now equipped with new and updated spells. "Alright...ready now." she typed, making Zero laugh.

What Zero's armor, weapon and appearance looks like, minus the sword

Arc smiles and and has Aiden join them. He has his bow on his back, his sword at his side, and his dagger strapped to his thigh. "Hello everyone. What's the plan?"

Ty-bomb came just in front of the cave mouth and faced everyone in the group and typed out, "So I'm guessing that we have enough players to successfully beat the dungeon? We officially have: Fast Fighter, ClearVictory; Strong Defender/Fighter, Katidid; Cleric, Me; Thief, Zoe; Archer, NoahsArc; Mage, Iris; Strong and Fast Fighter, Chrome... I'm assuming we can go into the dungeon, right?" He had pointed to the person that corresponded to each class as he spoke of, smiling all the way. They had SEVEN players, they could definitely defeat the dungeon that way. He folded his arms and waited for the others, as he was just a Cleric and couldn't decide things like when they would go into the dungeon.

"I'm ready... I guess..." He looks at everyone else, waiting for their responses. He plucked his bowstring nervously, excited at the prospect of fighting the dungeon with these players.

"Yes I'm ready how about you guys?" Chrome smiled softly looking at the others. In the real world he was looking up on the internet seeing if there was any information about the boss on the official website. Sadly there was none he sighed examining the area.

Zoe giggled in excitement as she saw all of the players around her. "Yep, ready!" she typed, a smile on her face. They would definitely get through the dungeon now. Especially with all of the great players. Zero unsheathed her daggers and got into a stealth stance, waiting for the others.

((If you guys don't mind, I am gonna take over as Party Leader so this RP doesn't die waiting for the Original Poster))

Katidid brandished her large battle axe now covered in flames from the fire augmentation she had added to it earlier. She watched as messages from the whole group popped up on her screen saying they were ready. As the appointed party leader she had to be the one to accept the mission and enter the dungeon. "Well then, let's get this party start!" she sent back to the group before moving towards the entrance to the Crystal Cave.

A small pop-up appeared on her screen as she approached. "Does your party accept the Crystal Cave Dungeon mission? Yes! or No! Leave this place!"

Juile clicked yes and the multi-coloured shimmering barrier that was blocking the cave entrance disappeared. She stepped across the threshold and then messaged the other members. "Alright, we are in!"

  • Thank You

Chrome walked over to the entrance with the others as the barrier that blocked the cave disappeared. He nods walking into the cave following the leader. "Keep your guard up guys!" he took out his weapon smiling.

(( Thanks! I was getting concerned about that ^.^ ))

Ty-bomb watched Katidid get her battle face on and release the barrier, hastily stepping back and allowing the Tank through as well as opening up his buffs screen. His face was a mask of concentration as he chanted softly, "Ye suits of armor and bloody weapons, I provoke thee to become that of wind and fury!" As he spoke, his wand had lit up to a blinding glare, and when he finished he thrust the wand towards the sky, causing that light to shower out over the whole party; when finished, he pushed his hat up out of his face, and admired the strong buffs he had given the whole party. The wind part made their armor lighter so that they could travel easier and fast, but the fury was for adding a strength boost to the overall hit rate of the weapons, including his own.
After, he added healing spells to his hot-buttons, F1 and F2 and so on; finishing with that, he stepped beside the cave opening so that everyone could go in before him.

(( Currently listening to this:
=) ))

Colette admired the buff put on her character, making her faster then she already was, as well as adding a strength boost.

"Thanks Ty!" She shouted into the mic, appreciating his skills. Controlling ClearVictory, she zoomed past the dungeon threshold as monsters spawned around them. She hit each of them in a matter of seconds, leaving them all with low HP for Katidid to finish off.

Zero followed the tank into the dungeon, placing on her stealth skill. She walked closely behind the tank, unable to be seen by the monsters. She gripped her daggers tightly and made sure to keep her traps and poisons at the ready. "Let's do this, you guys." Zero said, a slight smile on her face.

Tyler followed after them, sticking in the middle as he didn't want to be attacked from behind. Although he wouldn't admit it IRL, he was sort of a coward when it came to Dungeons. They were always a chance to die and lose a lot of... well, everything. He watched the sides, though, to make up for his fear of dying, and used "Heaven's Salvation" to kill the smaller dark mobs that would die instantly when they were exposed to the opposite element, Dark v.s. Light.

A mage, dressed in black and purple, watched as her comrades went down due to the heroes. It was her own fault she chose to align herself with the demons... She never thought it would be this hard starting out. Endria rolled a Fire Jar in the direction of the heroes, and watched as the area surrounding burst into vivid red and orange flames, licking the grass while never moving too far away. She cast a healing spell for the demons still standing/alive, and exhaled sharply, back sliding down a dungeon wall.

Behind the screen, Missy pushed her red-framed glasses up the bridge of her nose and sighed, taking another sip of coffee.

Tyler yelled as the fire burst up around the whole party, sending smoke into their eyes and making a negative buff on them -- Burning; Lose 1% HP per second -- and coughed a lot. Squinting against his watering eyes, he scoped out the caster from between the flames, and tried to shout out that the enemy was there, but the loud flames did everything to smother his voice. Coughing loudly from the smoke that had gotten into his lungs, he pulled on somebody's arm to get their attention and pointed to Missy.

Endria drew the Pain Card and cast it on herself. She winced as the pain shot through her and reminded herself that this was only a set-up for a powerful spell: The Blood Needle. Endria flung the sharp red needles through the fire and hoped she was accurate. The smoke was beginning to sting as she inhaled. The fire would be contained; the smoke would be a hazard. She waves her arm in a way that creates wind, trying to bat it away.

Missy yawned, relishing the bright light that came from the screen. Her mic was off, and her shoulder bumped into it when she moved her arm. "Crap," she muttered.
