Air.
Put it against fire, it can either blow it out, or fan the flames into an inferno.
Mix it with water, and you get Typhoons!
I don't count metals as elements. Unless we're talking Chemistry :[
Really, the only thing air isn't good against or with is earth. Unless its really fine earth. Then you get dust/sand storms~

It varies. I'm torn honestly. Do thunder/lightning/electric things fall under Air? Meh, deserves it's own category I say! It's rather destructive and quite fun after all. And not as over-used as some of the others may be. :P

On a whim, I put water & air. In terms of elements of nature, I love these the most! :)
But to describe me, I would probably be more of a fire or water, of an extreme, but unique nature.

Well, all of the elements have their pros and cons.
I usually just chose my horoscope elements. :3
By palm reading, my element is fire (because my fingers are about the same length as my palm). But, my zodiac is of the Earth element (Capricorn).
They're both good. I think that Earth is probably most representative of my personality, though. ;3
