What is the worst movie you've ever seen?

I hardly think your issues with the plot of a children's movie would make it the worst you've ever seen.

I have a personal pet peeve for most Disney Films.
But I recognize it as a personal peeve and don't downgrade the movies as a result.
let me explain tomorrow sober

I forgot my opinions are secretly everybody's.

Scorpio has a thread up about movies people like, you can probably format my/everyone's opinion on how you like those movies I/everyone doesn't like there.

I'll give you the Spaceballs thing though, just because I didn't get it doesn't make it bad, I just don't like it. But those are my opinions of why I think they are bad, doesn't make them right or wrong to anyone just the way I view it. I'm not telling everyone that they are works of shit, there's good in all of them. I just don't see them as good.

nah bruh

I wish I remembered the title of this movie so I could 100% avoid it. I couldn't watch it all the way through.

Its an indie film about the lives of two teens living in the Midwest. They are really close friends and to my knowledge the whole movie is about their past lives and the road to true friendship yada-yada. One of them is obsessed with aliens, but I didn't get so far into knowing why. The other one is really into sex or is a male prostitute? I don't remember. He was kind of snotty. In one of his flashbacks he was like 8 and was abducted by some creepy guy and they... danced in...fruit loops? I think it was supposed to be a metaphor for pedophilia, but...WHY ARE WE DANCING IN FRUITLOOPS?! The characters came off flat, the flashbacks lacked transitions and direction, and omg its raining fruitloops.

I bet you guys are just thrilled to hear that Shyamalan is finally planning to make the second last airbender movie after years of silence :D You seemed to like it, so I thought I'd bring you the good news ^^,

For my worst movies

Uhm... It's pretty much just the last airbender. I tend to turn movies off if they don't catch my interest within the first twenty minutes, and if I don't watch the whole thing I refuse to say that it was a bad movie because I haven't really seen the whole thing. I only watched the whole thing of the last airbender cause it was my favorite show and I had to see how badly Shyamalan had butchered it. x9 I WENT IN PREPARED!

I just did a frantic google search out of fear and general disdain for humanity. From what I can find it doesn't seem like there is a sequel planned at all, just a whole lot of movie news sites regurgitating the same interview with Shyamalan. In that interview he defends his movie (as you'd expect most directors to,) and makes some claims that he's like to do a sequel to it, but I can't find any hard proof of there being another movie planned.

If you have anything solid please pass it over to me so I can mourn properly.

EXCLUSIVE: M. Night Shyamalan to make 'another thriller' before The Last Airbend

The director has also confirmed that he will be behind the sequel of Avatar: The Last Airbender, despite the film getting panned worldwide.
However, Shyamalan has exclusively told Metro.co.uk that The Last Airbender 2 won't be his next project.
'It takes so long to make those CGI movies,' Night explained, 'It's hard because it takes two/three years and I don't get to make two of my own movies so there's always a struggle of choosing someone else's material over my own.
'Right now I'm going to go do another one of my own first, another thriller.'

He seems to have plans on doing it, but not before he's done with some other stuff :p

Why the hell does he think that's a good idea? ;A;

Like... The 1st movie made a lot because:

1) Hype
2) Everyone wanting to see how bad it was afterwards

But... Would #2 really stay consistent for the second film? Like, Airbender wasn't a funny bad, it was just bad.
Is there really such a "See a boring/bad movie" market that a second one is feasible?

You made the mistake of assuming he thinks. :ferret:
I was about to argue that he's made enough cash to keep pumping this stuff out that that couldn't be the case...

But then I remembered.

Trump.

I think some of you have not seen ACTUAL terrible movies to know how to compare a lackluster movie to something truly awful.

LET ME INTRODUCE YOU TO ELF BOWLING.

Go ahead. See if you can sit through the whole thing. I dare you.

How did the guy who played SpongeBob get involved in that?

Elf bowling is a close second to The Greatest Miracle. I'm sorry, but "demon cell phones" automatically wins the contest hands down. :ferret:

Oh....I forgot. One of my husband's favorite movies....

Sharknado was one of those "So bad it's hilarious" movies. Just chock full of inconsistencies, stupid physics (let's destroy a tornado by throwing bombs into it!) and cinematic non-sequiturs.

I started watching the Room with my brother once. We got to the second sex scene before deciding that the movie was the director's personal medium-core porno before never touching it again. We also tried getting through the Last Airbender (I saw the show, my brother didn't). We both quit before half an hour.

Also, anything Adam Sandler is in. My brother and I believe Pixels could have been a pretty good movie if they gave Adam Sandler's role to Chris Pratt.
