World War II just beyond our coast, beyond an ocean that offers little comfort. America sends it's boys off to fight evils overseas, before those boys have a chance to breathe in their youth, to understand a life beyond schoolboy blue and domestic white. But Westfall offers a safe shelter from a world at war, a type of Eden; a place where boys can be boys and enjoy those soft pastels, before they become battleship grey and army green, stained with the reds of bloodshed.
Westfall Academy for Boys is a top of the line prep school, where their seniors are trained for war, and their juniors are stuffed with all the academics they would learn to be useless in war. Located only a few miles off the coast in Rhode Island, Westfall Academy has seen many boys off to war, most drafted the day they turn eighteen. The only way to avoid the war; handicap yourself, die, or just.. vanish altogether.
Westfall Academy will begin to feel less like a safe haven, and more like death prep as boys near the age of eighteen. It was time to flee the safe haven of Westfall, it was time for Adam to flee the Garden of Eden.
Our journey begins on the morning of September 1st, 1943, as the students begin to settle into their dorms, welcome the autumn air, and prepare for school. Their senior year will feel less of trig and French, and more so of push ups, sit ups, and laps. War approaches at a rapid fire pace, and as many take the hand grenade great fully, with eyes closed and eyes closed, filled with false hope and honor, few boys will realize war was not their destiny, that they did not belong overseas. Five boys plan their escape; away from Westfall, away from the war. But the question is; how?

- We will try to keep as realistic as possible to the time period; but I am no historian, and there will probably be inaccuracy from time to time. If you're the type of person who needs the realism down to a T, then this probably isn't the roleplay for you.
- All characters have to be 16+.
- Our characters have known each other since Freshman year, and will come back together by chance to flee. It would be best if everyone knew, or knew of, each other before the roleplay.
- Post expectations are, at least, one paragraph per week.
- Please pitch in ideas and discuss! This roleplay will be very "go with the flow", with a very vague plot of simply, just running away. The plot can change depending on the actions of the characters, and what we throw at them. Please feel free to message me and discuss!
