Every year or so- or however long it takes until newbies are needed -fifteen to twenty females are taken and brought in. They can be kidnapped, volunteer themselves, or someone else can nominate them. They are taken to a large place called The Estate, full of men and vampires that use these females for sex, blood, work, or anything else they please. The girls are to call them master, unless told otherwise.
