Hey peeps!

For those of you with time on your hands, what kind of weekend projects do you have planned? Are you hitting up Instructables for the ultimate DIYs, or tackling some Pinterest-inspired arts and crafts? Starting a free course from Cambridge University on writing for comedy, or preparing for the change of seasons with some gardening, or just cleaning the house for a fresh start to the week next week? By cleaning, I mean of course, preparing and recovering emotionally from the Owl House finale.

I'm speaking at a conference/convention of sorts tomorrow. It's going to be a long day, and then dad said he wants to go to the food store on Sunday. So basically... Busy busy bee~

Those all sound too constructive. My project this weekend? Well, I found this on Pinterest and had to rewrite the whole song to fit that line in. Progress? Finished.

I can show you some grub
Smelling, ripening, splendid
Tell me, racoon, now when did
You last grab a tasty bite?
I can show you some trash
Take you dumpster by dumpster
Over fences and under
Can lids where there's snacks inside.
Some tasty trash
Many fantastic delicacies
Don't have to hunt for food
Or to elude
Predators who might eat us.
Some tasty trash
Every garbage bin's a new menu
Here in this neighborhood
The picking's good
Now I have an endless supply of food.
(Now we have an endless supply of food)
Pleasant-tasting delights
Sweet and savory cuisine
Digging, rummaging, stealing
For our garbage appetites.
Some tasty trash (watch out for motion lights)
A hundred cans and bags to raid (and free bowls of dry pet food)
Cheesy casseroles and donut holes
It's like our own all-you-can-eat buffet.
A whole new world (every bite, a surprise)
With new flavors galore to try (every trash can gets better)
Pepper and turmeric
Salt and garlic
I can't wait to taste all of this food.
Some tasty trash (some tasty trash)
A gourmet feast (a gourmet feast)
Leftovers and scraps (this shit really slaps)
For you and me.

  • Nice Execution!
