Vollunstraut, a land of blood and zeal. Set in the equivalent of medieval times, the island of Vollunstraut sits at the forefront of a racial and era long feud between man and Sânge, vampires. Vampires were once the hegemons of the island they were born to, ruling in peace. Eventually though, human colonizers came from south of the island and began making a home for themselves. For some unknown reason vampires had attacked the first human settlers. This would set a course for 100s of years of deaths and bloodshed. Now, vampires sit in isolation, driven into the northern mountains in their beloved Castle Rauvili. The rest of the island sits as the home of the Holy Order of Deustas, a human created state meant to drive out the remaining blood sucking vermin.
Not like your average vampire roleplay. Set in medieval times, in the war-torn island of Vollunstraut. Here, you're either born a human or a vampire. It was the vampires who were here first, but the humans who colonized their land. They are both vermin in the eyes of one another, and must be eradicated. You are born one, or born the other. There is no in between.
