Vienna by Night is a play by post Vampire the Masquerade Roleplay taking place in the beautiful city of Vienna. Play as a vampire of different clans, based on the tabletop rule of Vampire the Masquerade V5. Discover plots and lies in the city that was once the seat of the powerful blood mage vampires the Tremere, claim leaderships by persuasion or force, and find monstrous yet charmingly attractive monsters while struggling to balance between the beast and humanity.
The Vienna by night server is an RP server, but without the usual ST and chronicle overarching plot often find with Vampire the Masquerade campaigns. Instead, its more about personal interaction, character development, and organic world. The server is set in Vienna after what happened with the SI, which explains why the city doesn't have a lot of kindred in it and why there is no prince/baron. while they play, the players can interact with each other, explore Vienna, develop story arcs and later (once we have enough players) establish domains, hierarchies and struggle for political power. You do not have to own the book to play. although we recommend such. Beyond the RP itself, we hope to establish a friendly community, and we have multiple OOC channels for that.
