Utterly Mad is a place for RP, writing, and just chatting with people. We have few restrictions and allow people to write what they like and run the kinds of RPs they enjoy. All of our rules are fairly simple and readily accessible for anyone to read.
Currently we are working on UMEU, a consistent universe for us to host RPs in. Anyone is welcome to create content for it which will go through the approval process we've established. Make your own species, armor, weapons, drugs, what have you! Anyone is welcome to join and participate!
