Looking for something a little different? Love roleplaying games, but want to focus more on the literary side of things? Potemkin is the RP for you! Instead of following traditional RP designs, Potemkin utilizes the NOVA sim system to allow for 'Joint Posts' between multiple players, creating a writing experience like nothing else. We are a member of Obsidian Fleet, one of the largest Star Trek fleets on the net.

• What about the game itself?

Despite set in the canon Star Trek universe, but we do not play using any canon characters. Instead we focus on using creativity, imagination, and a love of writing to create original characters that we write for and guide through the adventures we face. Our principle focus is on the 'little guy' too, rather than the command staff. While they make the big decisions, we try to keep the ship running and the officers from dying (and do our best to stay alive along the way as well!) If you're a fan of books like Redshirts, shows like Red vs Blue (and Star Trek obviously), and movies like Blade Runner, this is the sim for you.​
