Using the "Start a new conversation" link from anywhere doesn't work properly

When attempting to start a new conversation, the top left of the box reads "Choose Category", beneath that reads "Destination Forum", and there are no available options to choose except for a Save button which appears to do nothing.

On top of this, my entire conversation history from years ago is gone.
 
Have you checked the FAQs? If not, I recommend taking a look at them as they are packed with helpful info! Specifically, it seems like following the instructions from this resource should solve one of your problems. As for the other, did you leave any of those conversations? The system treats leaving as deleting.
 
I have and I think I've found that the issue is specifically from my mobile device. The issue did not occur on my laptop. For some reason.
